Exceptional service - they redid our entire basement including damp proofing, new kitchen, full decoration, underfloor heating and joinery. They anticipated and managed all problems in a particularly challenging project. We have complete trust in their workmanship and have been blown away by their professionalism and dedication. Having done construction projects of different sizes over years, we were really impressed with Elm Grove Developments.
Firstly and most importantly, the company thrives on delivering good quality finish and results. It was our case, the final work delivered was excellent.
The project management was very timely and accurate. We didn't have to chase anyone, no one disappeared towards the final finishing snagging bits (like many companies do). The refurb project was well managed from the beginning till end.
Another important aspect was quoting and pricing. We had a clear payment structure, with no hidden surprises or unexpected costs. The quote was accurate from beginning till end.
Really highly recommend. Excellent network of specialist sub-contractors (electricians, carpenters, plumbers etc).

Chris and his team at Elmgrove were flawless throughout our entire kitchen refit. They worked seamlessly with the kitchen manufacturer to ensure the entire project ran perfectly.

John and the team at Elmgrove have helped on a number of projects on our properties in the past few years - including remodelling various bathrooms and the kitchen and utility room in our arts and crafts home and a full refurb of a mansion block flat. The experience on each occasion has been first class. John's responsiveness and proactivity are the best of any developer we have ever used. His team are always polite, clean and tidy and methodical in their work. The quality of the finish is fantastic. We will continue using John and the Elmgrove team and would wholeheartedly recommend others to do the same.

John and his team were professional from the start. Our porch had collapsed due to poor workmanship from a previous build. John and his team made the structure safe. Then rebuilt the whole porch area. His team kept the area clean tidy and safe. The finish was top quality. Would highly recommend Elmgrove Developments.

Elmgrove led by John Deeble helped design and fit out a utility room. Nicky who did the work was first class in his attention to detail and the care he took to clean up at the end of each day. A few problems arose with delivery of some parts and the plumbing but these were quickly resolved.

Chris and his team did a great job for us, fixing a very tricky problem caused by a mouse chewing through the power supply to a shower. The job was complicated by the need to refit the electric supply in the wall and run new cables through a thick wall to the controller. Chris was very responsive and the job was done quickly.

Chris and team fitted and painted my kitchen. They did an excellent job - the fit is superb as is the painting. They went out of their way in trying circumstances (not of their making) to ensure that the job was finished and I was happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend.

Chris and his team were an absolute delight to work with. Professional, friendly, courteous and delightful. Not only Chris, but his entire team were superb and accommodated all our requests and did their utmost to ensure we are happy and that the quality of work was second to none.
