My lovely wife has always wanted me to wear a wedding ring. I have never worn one, because of the jobs I used to. I was always arfaid of getting the ring caught. Plus I am not in to jewelry that much. So I decided to buy a wedding ring from Elmajewellery. It is a lovely ring. I shall secretly putting on. On our 42nd wedding anniversay on 28th-July-2024 while on our holidays. Then seeing if my lovely wife notices it.

Took my money and the order didn't go though!
Took the fund's out of my account but I received no order confirmation or email.
I've tried calling them 3 times today and it just plays an automated message saying no one is available!
Plus their website prices are double what are on their eBay page.

Sent my ring out special delivery which came with a very happy post lady. Tried it on and it’s a perfect fit. Exactly what we discussed without too much waiting via eBay’s messaging service. If only all sellers were as efficient and reliable as EJ. Elma Jewellery so thank you very much and hopefully I’ll come back for more gold in the future.

Still awaiting a refund! They received the item back over a week ago, confirmed details a week ago and still no refund. Can’t get hold of them on the phone!

Ring arrived the following day. Unfortunately the ring didn't suit me so I contacted Elma requesting a return and refund. They responded to say this was OK.
