Ordered 2 dining chairs from this…

Ordered 2 dining chairs from this company which took them almost a month to get any form of dispatch confirmation, even though their website advertises 11 days. Then the wood arrived split the whole way through the chair. Not to mention the incorrect instructions and fitting kits were also received. I immediately requested a free returns label was sent, got no reply after 4 chasers. Someone called Olivia then replied, disregarding all of my concerns and only mentioning a replacement chair. I’ve emailed this company at least 12 times and only had a response back twice. I’m £298 down with faulty dangerous furniture and no sight of a refund of acknowledgement. I would never recommend this company the service and quality of product has been appalling.

Poor quality

Described as walnut bar stools. Item has arrived and the material is a cheap pine stained darker to look like walnut. The caps to cover the screw holes don’t fit and are totally wrong colour.
Very cheap product and not very comfortable either.

The are NOT scammers, good quality of product and poor communication

I previously wrote a comment where I mentioned they are scammers. Well I need to apologize as I was wrong. They have delivered the product and I am very happy with the quality. There was only an issue, they don’t communicate much, the support phone is on automatic answering and the email route is slow. The delivery time was way longer than claimed in the website. I ordered 6 dining chais 19 October and today 28 November received them. I give them 4 stars one short of 5 for lack of clarity and poor communication otherwise the quality was good and so is value for money.

SCAM!!!!

SCAM! DON'T ORDER !!!!

FAKE WEBSITE

They don't respond to mails and the telephone line is never available. They will block you on instagram so you can't send them messages or comment on their posts. The chairs never arrive. They will make a ticket for delivery to calm you down, but the order was never sent. When I log in online, my order also dissapeared... So I can't look back at my order.

Don't order!!!

This is scam!!

This is scam!!!
We have ordered dining chairs in October and now is End of November we have not heard anything from them! They don't even answer to our emails or phone calls!
They have also blocked us on their instragram so we can not write a comment anymore!! Such a shity experience!!!!

They are scammers

They are scammers , I have ordered 2 dinning chairs it took 6 weeks to arrive , I paid $610 when I received them they were unassembled and with no instructions guide , the chairs were damaged scratched wood nothing like what I saw online and when I went online to see the chairs again they were not there , I’m very upset I wasted $610 on 2 chairs that they will end up in the bin as they are very very poor quality and inherent my lesson , I emailed them no reply
God will get ten back definitely
I’m 💯 percent sure the 5 star reviews are sooo fake , I will report that too

I will say the shipping was quite slow…

I will say the shipping was quite slow (took just over 3 weeks to receive my order), but they were very apologetic about the delays and even gifted me a 15% refund as compensation. Now that I’ve finally received my chairs I can leave a review and I will say for the price they have exceeded my expectations. They look great for a fraction of the price as another website that had a similar chair. Will have to see how they hold up, but as of right now I’m happy with my purchase

I got scammed

Wow! I came to this site before purchasing from Ellure Decor and saw an average high rating. Now that I'm ready to share my horrid experience, I see more folks recently rated them poorly as well in the last week. Similar experience. I ordered dining chairs from them. After weeks of no update on delivery information, and UPS noting that they didn't have possession of the items despite being issued a tracking number, I reached out to customer service. The phone number listed only gets you to a voicemail directing you to email them. I emails and it takes about 2 days for them to respond. Ellure's representative stated that the chairs didn't meet their standard which was the cause of delay. But that they were just about to send it. Nothing for two more weeks and then I emailed asking that they please cancel the order. The rep instead said they had just shipped it and it would be received on the US side in 3 - 5 business days. After 8 business days had passed, I called my credit card to challenge the purchase. Finally 4 days ago, my order arrived. The chair legs were damaged, the quality was poor, and there was no instructions on assembly. I emailed the same rep and yet have to hear back from them. Ironically, my chairs are no longer an item listed on their website. Don't take the gamble and read the very recent 1-star reviews. If they once were a reliable store, they no longer are holding up to it and you have no way to speak to a human.

This place may likely be a scam

This place may likely be a scam. Ordered counter stools 2 months ago with standard shipping. Contacted customer service after waiting 2 weeks. Told me that the order was in production and would be shipped within a week. Waited 2 more weeks and nothing. Contacted customer service again and was told that the last batch had been “rushed to meet demand” and did not meet quality standards so they made the difficult decision to delay further to have a new batch made which would be ready over the weekend and shipped the next week. Waited another 2 1/2 weeks and no word. Followed up again. Radio silence. After another week I sent notice to cancel and refund the order. No response. Followed up 2 days later. No response. Then received a notification that my order had shipped via UPS. Tried the tracking number at UPS and the status is “UPS does not have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package.”

After 2 months of waiting I now need to submit a claim to my credit card and request that the payment be reversed.

This company is a scam

After two months of delay i finally received my four chairs. The quality is a cheap chinese product and there are some parts missing. So frustrating !!! I regret buying from this cheap company!!! I will return these rubish parts asap. Dont get scammed and fooled by their fancy website

I am beyond impressed with the customer…

I am beyond impressed with the customer service at Ellure. I ordered a towel warmer for my daughter's birthday, and it accidentally got damaged during transport. Ellure replaced it for free without any hassle. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed - I ordered some table lamps almost two months ago and they never arrived. I contacted the company on the email address from their website requesting a refund. They said I can only request a refund after receiving the delivery and now it’s too late to cancel the order. So no delivery and no refund 2 months after placing the order. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST!

Support 11/10 Experience

i got the towel warmer from Ellure for my daughter for her birthday. Unfortunately when her and her boyfriend were transporting it into her dorm, they dropped it down the stairs, it broke. I contacted ellure support not expecting much, but they sent me a new one for free. Absolutely amazing support from a business. Will definitely shop here again.
