Great experience with Ellos!
Ordered a beautiful dress on sale and it arrived so fast! Quality of the dress is amazing too for the price (viscose!!). Love the fact that they are always giving discounts from time to time and the selection in the website is amazing- im spoilt for choices. The thing i like the most is they would display what size the model is using in the advertisement. However, i wish they provide the size for each particular item and not give a generic sizing :)

Got spam mails from 3rd party companies after signing up for newsletter
Quality of products is not overwhelming. They offered me a discount if I would sign up for a newsletter but never got the discount.
Instead there are coming spam mails from 3rd part companies. Annoying!

Lead time of delivering

I don’t like the lead time that the package takes to arrive. According to my e experience, is always delayed.
Improvements that can be done… be sure about the quantity in stock before accepting the order which can be a cause go or delay.
