I’ve been a loyal salon client for years and can honestly say I’ve never had anything but a lovely experience, friendly team, professional service, and consistently 5-star treatments. That reputation didn’t appear by accident.
The bistro side is newer and still finding its feet, and hospitality staffing is about as predictable as British weather,but the effort, care, and willingness to improve are obvious. It’s run by the same people who built the salon’s excellent name, which says a lot.
It’s great to see a business investing in Bishop’s Waltham, bringing customers into the town, and genuinely caring about getting things right. If you’re judging the salon by the bistro’s early days, you might be missing the bigger (and very well-polished) picture.
