I had attempted to get an online hotel booking company to review my price match claim following an issue with their booking app.
I experienced slow responses from different customer service reps and was eventually refused though it was clear that none had reviewed or understood the basis for my claim.
The Elliott Advocacy site had a page directly related to the company I was dealing with detailed instructions and information on how to pursue my issue.
I had already completed most of these steps but the final steps paid dividends and the booking company took a proper look at my claim and agreed to the price match.
