Excellent quality with the storage we required at a reasonable price.
Well impressed.

It took a number of weeks just to get the swatches delivered. By that time we had purchased a bed from elsewhere.

Don’t trust the delivery estimate shown when you search for a product and add it to your basket, it’s completely misleading. It stated that the item would be dispatched the next day if purchased within a certain hours, making you hurry up to purchase.
I placed my order for a divan storage bed on 28th January, and it was supposed to be dispatched on the 29th or 30th (both working days), with delivery scheduled for the 7th, but nothing so far, my order status is still just confirmed.
I got in touch with costumer service and was told I would receive an update on delivery this week, but so far I’ve heard nothing.

I ordered the Zurich double ottoman bed. The delivery went well. Confusion on the assembly by delivery men, but was sorted quickly and they assembled it. I didn't use the bed as it's for a spare room and needed to buy a mattress for the bed. With Christmas etc the new mattress arrived end of January. It looked odd on the bed. The bed with mattress on is very low to floor, not like in the pictures. It is about 3" below what is shown in the pictures. The gold trip is sharp and not fully secured, the fabric on headboard is also crinkly. All in all it is very poor quality and the low setting of the bed is a complete design fault.

Order form was difficult to navigate as it said you could choose the fabrics and colours later but there was no ability (from what I could see) to follow it up. I then got a delivery date notification. After a couple of calls to ask how I could get a delivery date without having chosen the colour/fabric it got resolved. Paid for it to be assembled but the delivery agent (third party) had no time to do it so am getting a refund.

Love my new mattress. Just a little disappointing that delivery took longer than expected (almost 3 weeks, rather than the 10 working days), although delivery guys were fantastic when they delivered it.

Really pleased with my order of ottoman base and great quality mattress. Both items made to a high standard. I like how you can delay the delivery of the order but then you are in the hands of the courier as to actual delivery (probably due to route planning etc)

Good quality bed at a very fair price. Delivered on time and delivery service was excellent. Included install and build which was very worthwhile and team were good.

I have absolutely no problem with giving Elliots Beds a 5 star review due to the fantastic product and service I received.
Having chosen my mattress and ordered it at Christmas I wasn't expecting it to be delivered as expected, but it was only a few days later than promised, even through the bad weather we experienced at that time.
Prior to delivery they informed me it was due, and was in the hands of their delivery company, who contacted me a few days before with a date and time window so I was able to take the minimum amount of time off work to receive it. Ordering and payment was simple, offering several ways to pay which was particularly convenient for me as I needed to pay in installments, making it much more affordable to buy a better quality product.
My overall experience with Elliots Beds has been excellent, and I would highly recommend their business to anyone.

Dreadful after sales service....it seems that once you have the buyers cash all help and niceties go...This has been the worse and most expensive mistake of my life.and I shall go out of my way to never recommend you.

Ordered two single ottoman bed bases online .
Was able to chose cloth finish of beds online. Got a 10% January discount and free delivery. Arrived via independent courier on time .
Beds are now in place, awaiting new mattresses. Just had to assemble the gas struts as they were disconnected from the lift assembly. Quality seems OK and they're guaranteed. Time will tell .
Enormous space under the lid which probably could be overloaded with heavy things.The base board is thin and supported only in a groove around the perimeter of the box, so too much weight in there would deform it over time.
Could maybe have done with a central reinforcement support panel , but common sense when storing stuff should be observed really.

Very quick delivery. Good quality bed base. Easy to follow instructions.

Very disappointed in the service. Initially I ordered numerous samples which arrived after 10 days...open with half the samples missing.

Then I re ordered and waited 2 weeks for half the samples to arrive!

If ordering samples is so difficult, I can't imagine what it would be like ordering a bed.

If you are after good customer service, consider shopping elsewhere.

Delivery on time exactly to the minute

I placed my order on January 3. It was due at the latest within 10 working days. The order never arrived.

I emailed on 18 Jan. No reply. I emailed again on 20 Jan. No reply. I called - no answer. I left a voicemail - no reply. On Jan 22 I reiterated the issue and lack of response on their Customer Service WhatsApp channel. At nearly midnight, they reacted with a heart emoji... and then didn't reply. I tried calling and voicemail one last time on 23 Jan - still no response. They are entirely uncontactable.

Very disappointing for a first experience trying to order from Elliots - would advise against ordering anything from them.

The mattress is great orthopaedic I shall be taking it with me when I move would recommend if you suffer with back problems
