Fraudulent company do not buy

Do not get sucked in buying from this fraudulent company there clothes are certainly not what is pictured they are chinese crap they don’t offer a refund I’m down the drain $140 these bastards should be held accountable for false advertising twice now they have ripped me off it’s so frustrating you as company should be held accountable for ripping people off

Do not purchase from this store

Do not purchase from this store - the products you will receive are cheap and their “fuss-free returns” claim is a lie, they will make you return the product to China as their “Australian warehouse is undergoing expansion”. They will threaten you with your parcel taking 6-8 weeks to return, costing up to $50 AUD and getting stuck in customs. Other reviews say that the item will be returned to you anyway and your refund will never be processed. Am speaking to my bank to see if they can cancel the charge. Stay safe out there guys - don’t purchase from this scam store!

I wish I could give this NO STARS

I wish I could give this NO STARS. It would have to be one of the worst online purchases I have ever made. I really hope other people read this and stay away.
The order took weeks to arrive (from China), the fabric and construction quality makes Kmart clothing look like Chanel compared this.
The return conditions and suggestions from this 'mum and daughter' company are not even worth your while.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

Awful quality, waste of money

As many have said, I wish I had read the reviews.
Bought a hoody with a nice message printed on it - what arrived was a poor quality 100% polyester plastic feeling hoody with questionable printing on it, this I imagine won't last long.
I looked for the hoody online to check materials but no longer available, I reached out, explained the disappointment about 100% poly....the reply was they're no longer available which wasn't what I was asking.
I'll go through PayPal to try to get a refund, fingers crossed.
Don't waste your time or money with this money.

Not Australian and u stupidly brought a dress that would only fit a barbie doll and very poor quality for an item that was $130aud then I paid $30 to return it only for them to tell me the item hasn't reached them 3 months later and I can track it has.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I purchased.
I bought a dress for my holiday and re-reviewing the photos it looks like Elle has stolen the photos from another online designer store to sell it. It’s even the same model and looks like the pics for Elle have been AI generated. I have let the other designer know as I have purchased from them before and they are very reputable and high quality. The item was shipped from China and took two weeks to arrive. I had already gone away and so opened the item when I returned. It is nothing like described. Poor fitting and the fabric is really cheap and poorly made and note remotely the same as in the pics which shows a waffle brushed cotton. At $80 I feel completely scammed. I usually buy expensive pieces that are long lasting. This time it looked like an exact replica of the designer dress I had seen.
I wrote to the label to ask for a refund but was told the policy was 30 days from the date of order so missed my window and was fobbed off with a 25% off the next order, which I will clearly never use. The response looked like a bot initially and then apparently the CEO Olivia was the follow up just stating a policy. I’m so disappointed and honestly feel cheap trying it on. It’s still in the packaging as won’t be wearing this!

I can’t believe I got scammed by this…

I can’t believe I got scammed by this company. Pretended to be an Australian company. When requested a refund, they offered 10% refund and store credit. Again asked for a refund and said 20% refund + store credit and then said if I do a return it’ll get stuck in customs and take a long time. BUYERS be aware SCAm

Scam

Unfortunately for me i never read site reviews before ordering. Totally disappointed in dress i received...no label, cheap nasty fabric. Very disappointed and out of pocket $110 nz. Nothing else on site appeals and i wont be ordering anything else from them. Lesson learned..silly me.

I purchased a beautiful soft light cardi, but was concerned when it didn't arrive in the expected timeframe. I contacted Elle who immediately followed this up and kept me informed. My item arrived a few days later. Great service, great product.

Total scam

This is not an Australian company. Your order will be shipped direct from China and will be the worst quality you can imagine. They make Shein look like Chanel. No labels whatsoever and material was like nothing I’ve ever felt. Almost like a plastic version of materiel.
Refund process is a scam and your best bet is to make your claim through PayPal. This company will send you fluffed up emails written with AI to offer you a 20% refund or send your item back to China and receive a refund when and if it arrives.
I did not give up and told PayPal they are scamming people pretending to be a store in Byron Bay and insisted it is illegal to sell clothing without labels and to deceive people like they do.
I received my refund.
Best not to buy from them at all. The real Byron Bay store is called Ellee the Label.

Elle the Label is a Scam

This company is dishonest. Portraying as an Australian company initiated by a mother & daughter from Byron Bay but when you need to make a return (after 5 requests) you are given an address in China and advised it will take a long time for the items to get through customs so by the time you submit a request to PayPal for a refund, PayPal declines your request advising it is not with the time frame when it actually was. Avoid Elle the Label at all costs, you will lose your money and PayPal won’t help you they support the dodgy business.

Absolute rubbish - do not buy from this site.

Absolute rubbish - do not fall for this scam website. I bought 2 items, and both are made of the poorest quality materials and are designed poorly. They are nothing like the photos on the website. I tried to get a refund and have heard nothing. Seeing other peoples reviews now on reddit and trust pilot I see that I have been scammed like many many others.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Absolute scammers trying to make out like they are an Australian company when in fact they are based in China. When you receive their rubbish clothing and want to send it back for a refund, you have to send it to China which costs about $60 Australian dollars. After months of waiting, guess what??? Your parcel comes back to you! Then they give you a 20% refund only. All the while you deal with AI rather than a real person, so their responses are really condescending too. STAY FAR AWAY from this scam!

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! The clothes are cheap small and tacky
When I sent pics of the size 12 unused item against my size 8 daughter - it it’s the wrong colour I was offered a 10% refund
