I purchased my first piece of Ellesilk linen, over two years ago! I instantly fell in love with sleeping on silk, and I was sold for eternity! They also look absolutely stunning!! And it gets even better, after two years, they still look like new!!! Thank you Ellesilk, for offering only the finest silk products imaginable.

Unfortunately, I find myself extremely unhappy with ElleSilk. I took a chance based on the positive reviews here on TrustPilot, which was a mistake. I am like other negative reviews written here for this company and question if the positive reviews are genuine. ElleSilk is masquerading as a UK company, but your items will be shipped directly from a company called Yang Denchung: Room 401, Block 1, Pingjiangshuanyue Building, Hequ, Gusu District, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province 215008, China. I purchased one pair of pajama pants, and their quality is terribly sewn, as the waistband in the back wasn't appropriately sewn and bulged out. The sizing is incorrect on their website, so don’t trust it. Possibly measure yourself first and send your exact measurements to them and let them give you the correct size to purchase so that they can't blame you. I bought a Medium based on their website's suggested sizes that will fit you 4/6, 8/10, 12/14, etc... and they were incredibly tight in the waist and hip. They were uncomfortably unwearable. I'm just 5’4,” and the inseam was so short on a size Medium that it cut up into me when I tried them on. I wear a size 4/6 in dress pants and 28/29 size jeans in Edwin, Mother, We the People, Rollas, For All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, and Ragged Priest. A size Medium nowhere fit for utilizing the sizing information on ElleSilk’s site. Technically a size Small should’ve fit me. And my order from China arrived smelling musty, assuming their items weren't stored appropriately in their warehouse. I paid $29.64 to ship back to China to receive a refund, on top of the $158.00 I paid for just a pair of pajama pants. I attempted to return through Paypal to protect my return, but Paypal denied my claim as they concurred that the order was close enough in color to their website to be as described. Even though ElleSilk will receive my return, they will not refund it because they don't have ethics. On the ElleSilk website, they monitor their reviews and only post reviews that the company wants people to see. I question if their items are mulberry silk, as I have mulberry silk pillowcases and pajamas from Lunya. What I received from ElleSilk wasn’t anything like what I currently own. I recommend DH Gate for direct-from-China goods that you will receive from ElleSilk.

The website was weird but the order was great!
I had red flags due to the sale and the aged feel of the website, but the order went through, communication was great! When the 2 silk pillowcases arrived, they were very elegantly packaged and I've had them for a few month now with no quality issues. Would use again in the future

The quality of my sheets was great, I was skeptical but very happy with my product. My husband was very impressed with them over others we purchased in the past, it was worth waiting for the longer delivery time to receive them, very happy.

I recently ordered silk wear and bedding items from ElleSilk and I am very happy with the delivery time and with the quality of my order. Ordering process was smooth. Delivery to Canada was quick. Items are true to size. I will definitely recommend this seller and hope to get the same shopping experience for my future orders.

Brilliant product! I love my silk pillow cases it’s feels so good when are you sleeping in them. It’s a game changing for a skin! And fast delivery! I fully recommend it!!

Love the custom sizing options and pretty quick turnaround. The silk quality is ok. Customer service is responsive and polite. What I did not appreciate is that they advertised a benefit if returns are refunded for store credit but did not honor that. And once my return was noted as having creases - of course it would, it's folded.

Was not a great experience, unfortunately.
Bought a set of silk pajama in July for my husband’s birthday which is in September. The reason I bought it earlier was because during the Covid period, the shipping from overseas could take ages and was so unpredictable, to avoid it happening again I decided to take action as early as possible. Unfortunately, we found the pajama was too big when he opened it up on his birthday, then I contacted the supplier to see if I could change and was told No because it was exceeded the 30 days return/exchange policy. So now I have to think about how to sell it since it’s useless for us but brand new. I hope this company would be more considerate on the customer’s situation in the future.

I love my items, delivery was quick and the pj's are the absolute best I ever worn. I intend to purchase more for myself and as gifts for Christmas as I guarantee they will love them!

I placed an order for a night dress for my wife’s birthday early August with ElleSilk (her birthday being the end of August) , I was a bit dubious placing this order wondering wether it would arrive on time and if the size would be correct (as I live in the UK), no need to worry at all, night dress arrived in just under 2 weeks fits lovely, one very happy wife . I didn’t expect the package to be super super amazing. It’s beyond my expectations. Initially i was amazed by the luxurious packaging and after that when i saw the actual piece, I was so so happy with the quality and the fitting.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been an absolute disaster and I can confirm that the negative reviews are genuine, the positive ones I cannot be so sure as Helen at ElleSilk provides an incentive by offering discounts for reviews. I purchased two sets of silk pyjamas and spent over $550 and they started falling apart after being worn only twice with pilling and multiple runs through the fabric. I reached out to Helen at Ellesilk who repeatedly ignored my requests for help. I also wanted to return my second set of unused pyjamas as per the returns policy (due to the quality problems with the first set). Unsurprisingly, these requests were also ignored making it impossible to return. The company seems to be run by a woman called Helen who contracts somebody in China to label generic silk products with her branding. I have seen identical products on other websites with differing branding. Please be aware that if you have any problems, it will be very difficult if not impossible to have your issues resolved. Helen only provides an email address to be contacted on, meaning that if she decides to ignore you then you are out of options. She has also cleverly ensured that all returns must be authorised through the same email address, meaning that she can claim to offer returns on her website to encourage a purchase but then can ignore the requests therefore making the product impossible to return. While reading through the various reviews, please keep in mind that people have an incentive to write positive things, those of us who give negative feedback have nothing to gain by doing so except to warn others, please keep this in mind when making your decision.

Quality is very good as well as fast delivery through FedEx, so we weren't worried it wouldn't show up. They also quickly refunded the customs fee we had to pay straight to our paypal. We intend to buy more from them in the future.

Ordered from UK address from this USA supplier, and delivered quickly to a Vietnamese address. Very pleased with their fast, efficient service.
