A total scam. They wouldn’t honour their 24 hr cancellation policy. Then they sent the wrong size, and I was informed that I would need to pay the postage. Then they offered to replace the incorrect size at their expense. I returned items at considerable expense to myself, and still, after 2 months, have not received a refund or the replacement shoes. Now I’m being ghosted - I’ve sent multiple emails and they’re not replying.
Shoes not great qaulity and they were the wrong size. I ordered from what i thought was a melbourne based company but from what i could see from tracking it came from OS and took a very long time. i have reached out to refund/exchange many times and no response. Don't recommend.
