Our subscriptions all include a two-month minimum commitment before cancellation. This is clearly disclosed prior to purchase and is highlighted in several places, including:

• On the product page when the subscription option is selected

• Directly above the “Subscribe & Save” purchase button

• Within the subscription terms displayed during checkout

- We also highlight in all literature and order confirmations

Your first order was delivered less than two weeks ago. You are of course able to return unopened items with in 14 day cooling off period for a full refund - simply be in touch if you wished to do this? You didn’t highlight your comments about ingredients in the email you sent only that you didn’t realise it was a subscription? Always happy to assist if the above option works for you!

If you’ve opened the pack and have began to take, then it’s important to stress with supplements, unless you’ve been taking them for a minimum of 8 weeks (realistically 90 days) it’s still very early stages and most customers would not yet be feeling the full benefit.

The two-month minimum is in place for this reason — it allows customers enough time to take the product consistently and properly assess the results before deciding whether it’s right for them.

We actually take a very deliberate approach with our formulation. Rather than filling capsules with long lists of trendy or unnecessary ingredients, we focus on clinically recognised compounds at meaningful doses that work together to support the body.

Our Golden Pill includes concentrated and well researched botanical extracts. These are ingredients with a strong history of use and evidence behind them for supporting circulation, energy, and hormonal balance.

Sometimes supplement labels can look more impressive simply because they contain dozens of ingredients in tiny amounts. We prefer to keep our formulas purposeful, transparent, and effective rather than complex for the sake of it.

So I would challenge your comment we are in any way basic — “carefully chosen” is the term I’d use.

As the minimum term forms part of the agreed subscription terms at checkout, once your second order has been processed, and you've completed the two months you’re welcome you to email should you still wish to terminate the account

However, I do hope after taking this review to trust pilot you read our other customer testimonials who will attest to the fact that given the chance the golden pill can significantly improve your life.

We are transparent it’s not a quick fix but I would hate to see you doing yourself and the product further disservice by not at least giving it the full two months before you truly pass judgement.

I also hope in light of my efforts on multiple platforms you may re consider such a negatively graded star review - in my opinion we are far from deserving of this.
