Nice products, but they arrived very late
I bought two gold earrings on July 6th, but they arrived very late on July 22nd. I love the earrings, but the lack of communication about the shipping delay was frustrating.

Beautiful earrings – so comfortable to wear!
I was searching online for some small gold hoop earrings with a stud back when I came across Elk & Bloom, and I'm so glad I did!
I'm really pleased with my earrings. They're comfortable to wear, excellent quality, and I've received so many compliments whilst wearing them.

More substantial than I thought they'd be for the price and the Elk & Bloom kept me informed all the way.
Even opening this purchase felt like a treat

I placed my first order and was thrilled with the beautiful jewellery I received. My gold ring is firmly on my finger all the time!
However, I only ordered a pendant without the chain by accident. After contacting Elk and Bloom, they explained how to order just the chain and took personal note of the order.
I can only commend Elk and Bloom for both beautiful jewellery as well as excellent personal service.
I’ll definitely be ordering all my jewellery from them going forward!

Excellent affordable jewellery
I have two necklaces from this brand now and love both. Able to wear them in the shower and they are still in great condition. The packaging and delivery are great too. Would make for a very nice gift!

I have a very dainty necklace from Elk & Bloom which I adore but I recently had some trouble with the clasp on the chain. I got in touch & Katie was so helpful, she helped me to arrange having my chain fixed & everything ran smoothly & the repair was done so quickly! Amazing communication from the company - beautiful packaging- I haven’t seen the items because they are a gift. Just a note - these were separate gifts but came packaged together- would be nice to have individual packaging for each item - but overall I can’t fault Elk & Bloom and will definitely order again!

Very slow to issue refund on returned goods! Had to ask several times! Also knocked £15 off refund for gift boxes which were returned and a handing fee!
