Disappointing booking experience
- The communication around the car rental options is unclear. We’re booking for five people, yet we’ve been given a car that is legally limited to four. There’s no real effort to think along with us, and the only solutions offered are very costly upgrades.
- We booked a parking spot near the airport with shuttle service for our departure. Only after paying we noticed on the voucher that there’s a vehicle height limit of 1.90m, which our car exceeds. We’re unable to modify the reservation or cancel it altogether.
- Additionally, the app/website provides unclear information and functions poorly (Oeps, er gaat iets mis).
Overall, we chose to book through Eliza Was Here for the added convenience and extra service. However, up to now the experience has been disappointing, and we’re spending far too much time (and additional money) on issues we could have handled more efficiently ourselves.

- We’ve reached out to customer service several times, but they haven’t been helpful. Regarding the parking, they even told us to book a parking spot ourselves because they’re unable to assist.
- We also submitted a complaint through the suggested form, but the process is frankly a joke — we keep receiving the exact same unsatisfying responses.
An apology alone doesn’t get us anywhere. Placing customer satisfaction above commercial priorities would make a real difference.

Yoma Cove Suites is an exquisite holiday location 👌!
Once you arrive; you are welcomed by THE best host you will ever meet, around a refreshing glass of homemade Iced tea and some local sweets/treats!
We asked Maria (the host) to plan our dinner reservations and she always came through!
She even threw us a birthday treat/surprise as it was my birthday during our stay at Yoma 🥰
The apartments are luxurious and the seaside view (and private infinity pool) is truly breathtaking!

Booking the room went smoothly, but booking the cancellation and travel insurance was difficult because not everything was clear and the terminology used is not always the same as in Belgium, so I did not fully understand exactly what I booked. The details on the invoice afterwards were also not entirely clear.
