The process for cashing in the first Artworks purchased was excellent, from the beginning to the end. No issues encountered.
We hope that cashing in the second piece of artworks will be the same.

Really good customer service when they realised there was a slight issue with communication they really went out of their way to help as much as they possibly could! And they where very knowledgeable and informative With teaching my about how it all worked and they made sure to invite me to all of their art exhibition. Do far I have brought 4 peices of art and sold on 2 which I was extremely happy with my return especially in sudlch a short period of time.

I had been collecting pieces by a couple of EXBs artists for a couple of years, when they called to say that they had a particularly interesting piece by Theo - who is soon to enter the secondary market. All my money was tied up at the time, but they came up with a proposal to buy back a collection (3 pieces) by Abraham plus a small piece by Theo, all at a 25% premium to the price I paid ~18 months previously.
They were initially loathe to include the piece by Theo - having previously talked me out of selling anything by him, as they felt he had huge and imminent potential - but neither of us could come up with a better combination, so we agreed that was the best way forward.
I really like the way these guys explain the logic behind the artists they select to promote and the candid way they explain the likely timescales for price progression of the pieces you buy

I first came to EXB in February 2022 and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. I had an unpleasant experience with the sales persons, but the company called an apologize for it, which is a very good sign.

Rude staff. I made several appointments to discuss their services and none were kept by the team.

When I challenged why appointments were not being kept I was met with an abrupt response that blamed me for their lack of time keeping.

Final appointments were made with Chelsea. Poor customer service and does not promote any confidence in working with you.
