I have applied several times with this agency for Domestic and General and I was told that they would not put me forward for the role because I had so many other jobs and they said I was flitting from one job to another(being on temp roles) and Domestic &General didnt want that. I have just applied again for Domestic &General again with Brook street and they have put me forward for this role....... who is lying now Elizabeth Michael

Applied for a wfh job, submitted all the information then nothing, total black out. Now I see they have advertised another role and now I’m just rejected.

Such an unpleasant and unprofessional company. To top that off I was advised I’d get a follow up and it’s been radio silence.

I Will never apply through this company it’s like jumping through hoops just to get a shitty sky job who treat thier customers like a piggy bank and just try and sell to the less fortunate

I had the best experience! Holly and Alex are absolutely amazing. Very professional, but at the same time friendly and very prompt with any response. I send them my CV last Friday and by Wednesday I had an interview and an offer 🎉

Thank you both for helping me and for making sure I have all the tools to smash at the interview!

Despite having over 5 years experience, sending in my CV directly and applying for multiple jobs, they never contacted me and ignored all my communications.
I'm not convinced all the jobs they advertise are genuine and even if they are they are not a good recruitment agency.

Fake reviews and ghost jobs

I would like to leave negative feedback for this recruitment agency. I find it very rude that you contact these agents via email for specific roles and they do not have the courtesy to reply to you acknowledging your email, answering your questions or letting you know anything about anything. I sent an email to a lady called Jessica and no reply whatsoever. This agency comes across as no professional at all and lack of interest for his clients. I would not recommend. Another agency not caring about anything but to make money.

Had the pleasure to get a call whilst my job search was going nowhere, spoke to holly who was very helpful with job description and registration and going through it and securing role with a client waiting for start date just want to say you are very lucky to have an employee such as her second to none polite experience.

Incompetent

Alexandra contacted me regarding my employment, since that day I can truly say I have never known anyone to really care and go out of their way to help me so much from interview preparation all the way to making sure any possible problems were ironed out in time. Thank you so much.

I applied for a job that was advertised on their website and was really keen to be considered for this role. When I rang up the agency on the first day, the lady I spoke to said to email my CV to her directly as they get a huge number of application forms and that way I could make sure mine was definitely seen, so I did this. I had not heard anything by the next day and keen to make my mark I rang them the second day and spoke to the same lady.

Only this time she told me no such job existed! She said that the vacancy had been filled 2 weeks ago but that they keep jobs still advertised to gage the interest from the public!! What kind of agency does that? Very misleading to the public to advertise jobs that are no longer available.

Truth be told, I have a feeling that I was actually unsuccessful and rather than tell me this, they lied and said the job was already filled. Either way, this agency is not to be trusted and is not very helpful.
