Would have given 5 stars but part of the order was missing when delivered. This was rectified very quickly and without question. Very few retailers now sell glyphosphate. Elixir are a very valuable supplier for all my gardening needs at reasonable prices.

First class processing & no postage
I've recently started to use Elixir Garden supplies. I came across them on the Web. And I have to say I am quite taken aback by the quality of their products, the speed they process orders & efficiency of their staff.
Furthermore it is a very big deal indeed that this company does not appear to charge postage. In fact this was a major factor in drawing me to place my orders.
Sometimes with other companies I've wanted to buy something & then found the cost of the postage prohibitive in buying the product. From what I have experienced so far with Elixir, they very much have the customer at the centre of ther operations.
For example, re my latest order I was unsure of the size of a matching product, so I phoned the company. The lady I spoke to couldn't give me an immediate answer but promised to phone back.
Sure enough a few minutes later I received a voice mail from her giving the details.
It's only my third order but I already felt I was a valued customer.
Finally, I should add that whilst I am still awaiting the physical order, the company has fully processed their part of my order, and is simply awaiting dispatch.
Excellent all round.
