Love the stuff. Buy a backpack and some patches. Quality seems to be good, love that i can customize it. Shipping to germany was one week, but it‘s not the fault of elitex training 🤙

Placed an order for a bag on pre-order - the 45ltr Donuts edition. Waited a few weeks for dispatch, but it was dispatched around the date they estimated.

The bag itself is great. I absolutely love it. Bought it for travelling, as I needed a larger bag that was bit more robust than what I was using. The pattern is fun, the material is great quality, lots of storage spaces. Can't fault it.

Two issues though ...
1) You can buy the same bags on Temu for less than half the price. You can't buy all the same material designs though - Temu doesn't have the donuts one. I ordered my daughter the plain pink one from Temu (it arrived before my Donuts bag) and it's almost exactly the same as mine from Elitextraining - same material quality, same zippers, same storage pockets inside pockets, same insulated drinks pockets. The only difference was hers doesn't have the shoe compartment. So I feel a bit annoyed having paid double the price for mine.

Also, delivery was very very slow. It took almost two weeks from dispatch to delivery - from Spain to UK. It went to three different Spanish delivery depots, one in France and FOUR depots in the UK before it was eventually delivered to me. Considering their Facebook page was offering free UK delivery, which never happened and I had to pay, I expected a quicker delivery service than that.

Overall - happy with the bag. Disappointed with delivery. A bit miffed over the price, now I know the Temu bags are the same quality but I did specifically want the donuts pattern so would've ordered from here anyway.

The postal package arrived very quickly and I am very satisfied because the postal package was very neat and safe (thank you very much to the company).

High quality materials and customer service. Even though ob the first order they forgot to place one of the items, they promptly responded to my email and sent the missing article without any issue.

I ordered the V1 45l pink-camouflage backpack and i'm by far satisfied.
I was very happy when i saw that the backpack also had the "shoes sector" underneath. I'm saying this because i had seen multiple reviews of other buyers posting photos of their V1 backpack without the shoe sector, so i thought that it would come without but it didn't!
Furthermore, for the ones trying to understand whether the backpack it's rainproof or not: it has some zippers that are waterproof and also some interior parts are, but other parts and zippers aren't, so i'd recommend to buy the raincover.
I'm overall very satisfied.
But i still haven't used it, so i will see if it does its job!

Never received my order and the customer service is a joke.
It's been 3weeks since I order a backpack from their website and nothing.
Tracking says the item is still and Spain and apparently it will be forever.
Customer service answers the same message over and over again.
Terrible, don't recommend.
