bag is amazing, absolutely obsessed with it.
haven’t used it yet but i do love looking at it, it’s super pretty and looks so practical. it was a birthday present to me, from me and i don’t regret my purchase at all.
Perfect for someone who works full time & goes to the gym & walks dogs for miles all in one day but only wants to take 1 bag.

my delivery experience was awful. i clicked and paid for standard delivery, which on the website says it should be 3-5 days, my order was shipped on the 15th July , so in my head, i thought it would be here 20th July at the latest, it was still showing as being in Spain on the 20th, didn’t get to the UK until the 26th, then i had 4 different notifications saying my parcel was arriving on that day but it didn’t actually arrive until the 29th, 2 weeks later, not 3-5 days like expected.

the delivery experience has nothing to do with the quality of the bag or the company so i don’t believe they should be marked down for delivery but my delivery experience did put a damper on the whole thing.

I ordered a nice 45-liter V1 silver-colored bag. The order matches the photos. I am very satisfied. The product is of very good quality and well-designed. I’m happy with my purchase.

Bag looks great, massive issue with shipping though. UPS failed to deliver as address was supposedly incorrect! Even after finally getting through and confirming the address was correct they again requested confirmation of address.
After reading the reviews it seems that this is a common problem.
Hoping that the bag lives up to expectations though as the colour is amazing! Definitely not disappointed with that aspect.

It’s a really good bag and has plenty of room for stuff. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is that the Velcro match at the front is on the smaller side as it looks a bit bigger in the picture.

There was some confusion about delivery, but that was due to UPS. The T-shirt is lovely and customer service were great when I contacted them

My bag was delivered to somewhere in Spain despite my address being clearly stated as the uk, emailed the company numerous times to resolve the issue. They replied once in Spanish, then completely cut communications. Highly disappointed in my treatment and the sheer lack of professionalism shown by this company, will be putting in for a full refund. Highly recommend using a different company.
