I contacted by email customer service since 2 days by email because the padlock on the backpack I receveid doesn’t work but I haven’t receveid a response yet.

So I am waiting.

I loved the backpack. Since I got it I am using everyday, perfect for a working and gym it is big enough to put a lot of things inside. The problem is after one month of use is already ripped inside what's is not acceptable.

The bag and the T-shirt are very good quality one. The shopping is fast and well packaged.

Great products at great prices. Got a question about my order delivery and they answered promptly in less than 2 days. 2nd time ordering from them and won’t mind doing it again.

Loved the new model with food compartment! I had already bought the previous model 5 years ago it was already not bad perhaps was to expensive.

This one is also not cheap but loved the improvements and the fact that I can fit my training shoes, clean clothes after gym, shower stuff, laptop, lunch boxes and despite that it does not become to big of a backpack!

For the 5 stars I’d say lower price 10-15€ or take out the shipping fees. Plus I’d added an inside pocket that is waterproof so shower stuff can be stored like the previous model had.

Great quality backpack - more than enough space for my student/work needs.
Speedy delivery too, despite the time of year (Black Friday).
