Website isn't the most user friendly but it's ok. Lots of items with no pictures qnd for some reason its a mix of front and English. They say they will ship canada post but won't ship to a PO box(which is ridiculous) but also wouldn't guarantee that they would ship courier if I gave them my street address so hopefully I actually get my order. I ordered the hook bar for the carter hollow roller, this is the only place I could find it in canada. Website said it was in stock, then after it was paid for I got an email saying that it will be shipped in 2 to 4 weeks(estimated)when it arrives in their warehouse. Frustrating when it says in stock but it isn't. I would have cancelled but couldn't find this anywhere else in canada so didn't really have a choice. More 2010 than 2023.

The part I received did not match the photo online. I called several times to customer service who said I would get a call back. Someone called and said to fill their online return form. I did this but not confirmation was sent. I called back to customer service and again they took a message but no-one has called back.

L9ng lead time on delivery was not specified at the time of order.

got an email saying I would be given a tracking number once item ships. There was 1 in stock when I ordered. After ordering it said there was 0 in stock. Never got an email with tracking number. I emailed company to ask for tracking number and never got a response. Now looking into reporting fraud.

The price is right but I ordered five days ago and the order still hasn't shipped. I need this tool by this weekend and it doesn't look like I'll get it.

24 to 72 hours shipping advertised, i ordered 4 days ago and still in "processing" state. very disappointing i need the tools to continue my project.

Edit: now been 8 working days and my order is still in "processing" state. I also sent an email and the merchant is dead silent.

I followed up 4 days after ordering/paying because I had still not received notice of shipping, which I was told upon ordering would be a max. of 72 hours. Although the representative I spoke with was very pleasant it appears my order may have got forgot to about. The representative assured me she would have it shipped asap. That was this past Friday so I have yet to receive it. Not sure how long it may have gotten further delayed had I not followed up.

purchased in stock items and 5 days later it had not shipped yet. reached out to Customer service and items were shipped out the next day so all is well

The only issue I have, and it’s not a big deal is the shipping time. Ordered on a Sunday night and was not shipped until Friday. Other than that a very good experience.

Your website is a bit confusing as your items listed for sale don't always have pictures and some items are in French. I have clicked on the English bar but some item s are still in French. I ordered some items from your website but there is no tracking number or when the items should arrive... Paul

Price was good, item (two boxes of screws) was as described, transaction went without any glitches. Although probably not Elite Tools' fault one of the screw boxes was smashed, probably from rough handling by the shipper - screws spilled everywhere..... Also took longer than expected to arrive.

Pricing was fair and the item arrived in a timely manner.

The process was super easy and quick. It said that I'd be getting my product within a week, which is more than fair. It actually arrived in 3 days - my fiance was super happy to have them show up at the door!
