There is also a lot for FAKE PROFILES on this site.

A little glitchy, but professionally handled issues.
Glitchy. Wanted to merge my US account with a UK account, everything got muddied and then deleted. Nearly impossible to contact anyone. Then when I wanted to cancel my account, suddenly every email got bounced back.
...amusing they think I'm going away without my refund.
UPDATE: Used the form on the website and was issued an immediate refund. THAT was nice and caused an upgrade in my stars.
Site seems o-kaaaay, but I think they overlook that the power to browse on one's own is one of the more fun aspects of online dating sites.

If I could put 0 I would. Long story short. 1. I canceled my subscription cause I didn't like the set up and the male options were very minimal and bad. 2. One guy talked all nice for a week then sent flowers then started asking for me to buy him computers and he'd pay me back..lol when I asked for help they couldn't help me warn all women. I was very upset, I thought I would be safe from any predators. And finding out who these men r shouldn't be impossible because how many other women is targeting. Please be careful. Never again.

Very little activity for Australians
Very little activity for Australians - well for gay men anyway. I expanded my age range by 20 years just to see if that might increase matches and it still resulted in no matches or suggestions week after week! Certainly not worth the money! I reached out to EliteSingles a couple of times to try to address this and finally received a cookie-cutter reply giving me advice on updating my selection criteria. This didn't work.

Not worth your time or money.
While they seem to be picky and have to "vet" and "approve" anything you try to put in your own profile, TONS of fake accounts.
When I was active on this site, I also got pretty much WEEKLY warnings from them that the members I communicated with there were scammers.

Refund claim liars
I joined this site which claimed to have a 3 day refund policy. I received absolutely no matches within my specified region. Tried to find the "contact form" in the help section to cancel subscription. Does not exist as far as I can see. Just sent me around in circles. Complete garbage site. Don't waste your money.

Elite singles did not do anything to solve the problem
Elite singles blocked my account 1 month ago , and I sent my ID card per request to verify my identification after my account was blocked; however, my account has still been blocked up to now . I sent them quite a few emails to ask them to solve my problem , but no response. And I emailed them either refund my money or resume my account, but no response so far. I got reply from elitesingle from here, but it is of no use; they did not do anything to solve the problem ! My ticket number is 79667420.

In June I requested a refund. Their site is impossible to navigate. When I requested a cancellation of auto renewal minutes after I received the notice, they refused. This website and app do not have integrity and feels like a scam.

Avoid!
Very few people on my area despite being in the Midlands. I complained and asked for my money back within a day of joining. Their support team told I only need one special person and offered me dating advice!
They refused to give me my money back and stopped my subscription without asking me. They didn't close my account - it was still visible! I suppose that sort of reaction keeps their member numbers up!

They ask a question like “what do you wish for?” If you are honest and polite they reject it-don’t tell you why. There is nothing elite about this site. It’s kind of sad.

Paid for premium 6th November and still basic. Apple checked and say I need to contact developer of app, I’ve paid using Apple mobile pass and this makes it easy to cancel. Still waiting for reply from elite. Diane
Have been messaging and still working on getting this fixed. Now the 9th. Waiting on premium, paid for on the 6th and a copy of payment has been sent.
