Have just had floor to ceiling built in cupboards to replace original ones which date back to when house built in early 1930s. It was a complicated configuration. Pete of Elite Interiors has been fantastic. Not only did he come up with a good design, the workmanship and quality has been amazing - well passing expectations. Can recommend and would definitely use again

Peter has done great work for us before, so I was happy to ask him to do a brand new project for us. He patiently listened to our requirements, sketched out a few ideas, and shared his own expertise to make the project really work for us.

Installation did take a bit longer than originally quoted due to resource issues and inclement weather, but Peter was able to complete the job with only a small delay and to a beautiful standard.

His work is exemplary; he really is a master craftsman. He's a pleasure to have around and looks after himself, as well as takes care of the property as if it was his own.

Unfortunately, I have recently completed a terrible period of business with Peter and Elite Interiors
I paid a 50% deposit on 30 July 2021 for a wardrobe fitting to be completed by 1 October 2021.

Despite my email, texts and answering message attempts to contact between these two periods, the response communication was almost non-existent. By the last week of September, it was clear that the work would not even commence let alone complete by 1 October 2021.

I asked for my deposit back and eventually after warning of legal proceedings the deposit was refunded around the 10 October 2021.

I have just read your response and wanted to reply immediately. A few points:-
You were a friend, and so I was unbelievably disappointed at how you ignored my texts, phone messages and emails. I was even sympathetic to your "personal issues" as I indicated in one communication but that should not excuse just decent communication, even if its bad news. I was left completely in the dark following your initial promises.

I have kept all my texts and email trails that I received no response to. I could post these on Trustpilot so it could be seen as proof but I do not want to do this.

I know that I was extremely patient with you, and I was absolutely gutted that I had to go elsewhere due to the fact that you let me down time and time again.

It was not a business transaction Peter. I paid the deposit from my own personal bank account with the description of a wardrobe for my home. If it was purely a business transaction with an unknown person, I would not have been as disappointed as I was, due to me knowing you and liking you. But this showed another side.

You know it was really bad Peter. Its such a shame, but you put me through a lot of times of stress, anger, and frustration, as well as a two month+ delay. We all make mistakes and I know that I showed patience, but what do you expect me to do after being let down so many times by a "friend". - This is what upsets me most.

I would love to be submitting a rave review as Elite Interiors comes quite highly recommended on the Carshalton community Facebook group, however this is not a rave review.
Emailed the info email address for Elite Interiors on Thursday 5th August giving a brief overview of the work I needed to have done and wanted to discuss with them. Also followed up with a message on their Facebook page, to which Peter responded the same day saying he would check my email and get back to me.
Heard nothing back to on the 9th I messaged on Facebook again for an update. peter called me back, arranged to visit my property which he did do on the 11th and agreed to send me the quote and drawings.
Nothing received, so chased by trying to call (left voicemail), emailed and Facebook messaged checking to see when he would have the info over to me.
He called back asking me to check my email spam - nothing, and said he would resend that evening. Still nothing.
Now will not respond to my emails / messages or call me back, more than 2 weeks after visiting the property. I even sent a last follow up email saying that I would understand if he had just been too busy to get the info to me, but would appreciate honesty if that were the case.
Maybe I have actually dodged a bullet here as if he is this difficult to pin down BEFORE any work has been paid for what will it be like after payment has been made?!

I was recommended by a friend of mine to contact Elite interiors. My friend said that they would have the perfect solution, and they did!

I had previously had some unfortunate experiences from other design companies, and sadly had been let down, so naturally I was a little sceptical.
I was looking for a 2 in 1 solution for one of my bedrooms for a particularly fastidious member of the family.

From the first point of contact with Pete, I felt reassured I was dealing with a very professional and friendly organisation.

Pete’s lateral thinking and inspired thoughts on design, combined with his exceptional levels of craftsmanship really delivered the finished solution I was looking for!.

When the project was complete, I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t any aftermath. The room was clean and tidy, ready to be slept in again almost immediately.

It’s the little things that make such a difference, and I know who I will be using for my next little project.

Top notch finish and excellent service - couldn’t recommend enough.

We have used Elite Interiors several times and found them to be professional and very reasonably priced. The latest job Pete did for us was building removable shelves and storage on our mobile coffee van enabling us to convert it into a mobile bar when we need to. Pete came and saw the van and measured up then came up with a great design that works really well for us and looks superb. Highly recommended and will keep on using him for any other jobs we have.

Thank you for the amazing cabinet built into the alcove in our living room. Communication from measuring to fitting of cabinet was second to none. Very professional and the finish was superb. Highly recommend this company.

UPDATE MARCH 2020 I finally got my money back after several months of frustration...Debt collector work like magic...

I am the client Peter Webb refers to below.

To clarify this is the story:
-September:Peter Webb from Elite interior is contacted to build an under-stairs cabinet and he comes to my place to assess the work.
- Early October: we agree on a price and delivery date: I promptly pay the deposit.
- as the delivery date approaches, I have no news from Peter Webb I try to contact him but he is nowhere to be seen: first red flag
- the delivery and completion date arrives and again I have no news from Peter despite many calls emails and voice messages
- I call my bank to present the story: my bank confirms that most likely this a fraud and my deposit has been taken with no intention to be paid back: they advise me to report Peter Webb
- End of January: the Bank freezes Peter Webb’s account and magically he contacts me saying he will be paying me back
- beginning of February: again he disappears
From now on the full portfolio of excuses until this day:
1. My account has been frozen again I cannot pay you
2. I processed the payment now will be with you in 3-5 days
3. I have been a victim of an admin fault: money has not been able to leave the account
4. I’m struggling financially I cannot pay you right now
5: 3 days ago: I received the money from a client so I have no money to pay you this week...
6 March finally paid...

This company fitted shutters to our house Windows. The quality of the product was extremely high and the fitting and finishing by the proprietor Pete Webb was done with good humour and exceptional professionalism.

I am so glad I found this company to do my wardrobes. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Extremely friendly, efficient and professional individuals. I cannot recommend Elite Interiors enough.

The first call I had with Elite set the tone for our entire relationship. It was relaxed, very informative, and every detail I mentioned was heard and remembered throughout the project. I always felt I was their only client, especially during the design phase, and that every need I had was met. They are thoughtful, deliberate, concerned, attentive and appreciative. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others (and in fact, have already done so). Elite was the perfect partner to achieve the maximum space I required.

Very informative when we first enquired about the shutters and was open and honest with what shutters (colour, design etc) would suit the house.
The house was left clean and the fitters were very professional and efficient when fitting the shutters. Only slight downside was the time it took for the shutters to be made and delivered (longer than 12 weeks). Would definitely recommend company to friends and will be enquiring about the company's other products.

My wife and I had contemplated the fitting of shutters in our home for some time before seeking quotes from 3 companies. We arranged for Peter from Elite Interiors London to come and assess and to supply a quote accordingly. He explained the range of products available and took time to answer our many questions without ever pressurising us to purchase from his company. Work undertaken was of a high standard and we are delighted with the outcome. We would have no hesitation in contacting Elite Interiors London to have similar work done in our home in the future and have subsequently recommended this company to friends who have remarked on the quality of the finished product.

I am extremely pleased with our shutters . Peter who fitted our shutters was very professional , quick and cleaned up after himself . I was very impressed with Elite Interiors and would highly recommend them. I am really looking forward to getting my others windows done at the front of my house and will definitely be getting Elite Interiors back to do them.

I am happy to recommend Elite Interiors. The service was friendly and the fitting installer Peter was very helpful and offered me some very useful suggestions that I accepted. Elite Interiors fitted two sets of shutters to two differently difficult windows. Their carpentry skills were so good that problems that we thought we would have to live with, were solved.

The price we paid was extremely competitive, and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. We are extremely happy with the result, and would have no hesitation in recommending Elite Interiors to anyone.
