Extremely concerning quality control and transparency issues
I’ve ordered multiple times from Elite Edge Biotech and the peptides seemed to work okay at first, but their COA situation is completely unacceptable.
Almost every Certificate of Analysis I’ve received is ridiculously old — some dating back to January 2026 or even late 2025. We’re now in May and they’re still sending ancient documents for recent orders. When I pushed them for updated batch-specific COAs, they gave me excuses about waiting on the third-party lab and basically invited me to shop elsewhere.
This is very concerning. It strongly feels like they’re slacking on (or possibly skipping) proper testing to cut costs and hoping customers will just blindly trust them. Even if they eventually post new COAs now, I suspect they’ll only be for brand new batches — not the ones they already shipped to me earlier. That means the products I received likely never had proper recent testing.
I’m out of supply, traveling soon, and now stuck wondering if what I bought was even properly tested. This level of laziness and lack of transparency destroys trust. If you care about knowing what you’re actually putting in your body, look somewhere else. Other suppliers manage to provide fresh, batch-specific COAs without drama.
Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again until this is fixed.
They will most likely reply with a very defensive comment with a horrible excuse. There is no excuse for slacking on COAs.

That said, throughout all of our communication, we addressed every question you had as thoroughly and transparently as possible. At no point did you report any quality concerns or issues with the products themselves, and we appreciate that feedback as well.
We also want to clarify an important point regarding batches and testing. The COAs you received were tied to the active manufacturing batches and lot numbers we were currently working through in inventory. We do not generate a brand-new COA simply because time has passed if the inventory is still from the same validated production batch supplied by the manufacturer. The products shipped to you were from those same lots, which is why the corresponding COAs remained applicable.
As a growing company, we are continuously improving our systems, processes, and turnaround times. We genuinely value detailed customer feedback like yours because it helps us identify areas where we can do better moving forward.
One thing that is extremely important to us is ensuring our COAs come from legitimate third-party laboratory testing. In today’s environment, it is unfortunately very easy for companies to generate or alter documents using AI or editing software. Because of that, we choose to wait for verified reporting directly from qualified labs rather than rushing incomplete or unofficial documentation to customers.
When we realized we could not meet the timeline you were comfortable with, we suggested you consider other options rather than making promises we could not guarantee. While we would have preferred to keep your business, we also respect every customer’s right to make the decision they feel most comfortable with.
