Terrible service, high cost, and rude customer support, terrible scheme
I had a contract with Starman, which was ultimately sold to Elisa Eesti. From the beginning of them acquiring the company, everything changed. Cost jumped up, their customer support is terrible. Avoid it at all cost. Rudest customer support you can come across, and horrible internet service. I do regret not changing the service once Starman sold it to them. Avoid it before you experience it first hand
Above all, they send information to Creditregister ou without notifying you and even though you are willing to pay the fee, which is actually not a fee but interest, the interest is 2 euros per day, never heard of such scheme, for 48 euros jumped to 126 euros. When you ask them, they say it's 2 euros interest per day. I have always paid the internet service which we agreed upon, it's just their added fees, which are not contracted and which does not make any sense.
When you write a complaint they don't answer, and if they do, they are very rude and problem is never sold.
I asked for the payment to be divided into two parts, paid the first part immediately, and one day 2 euros increased from the second part. When I contacted them that we had an agreement, they say yes we had an agreement but the interest is still will increase 2 euros per day. Disgusting company, Really really horrible

False advertisement, unfriendly staff, selling packages that do not exist, sending your information to krediidiinfo(Credit Reference Agency) without carrying out a full investigation on the matter.
More about their call centre support staff: two out of two calls agents hung up on me because they could not answer my questions. I was reasonably upset, but did not allow myself to cross the border of politeness. Agent on the phone could not answer my questions and I thought it would be better to have a conversation with her superior, but guess what, instead I've heard abusive language and beeps. Okay, let's try again - called another time, another lady picked up and I did my best to hold emotions down and no matter how hard I tried she refused to assist me, failed security check, refused to pass me on to her superior and eventually hung up.
Email support is also a joke. Took them 23 days to respond to my complaint and guess what, no reasonable solution was provided. In fact, they admitted that 4g package does not exist for iphones and still refused to reduce the price.
There you go, draw conclusions.
