Really bad fitting 'bespoke' suit, no idea how they got it so wrong (open cell), plus it tore the first time I tried to take it off, I really wouldn't wear this recreational, it's just too fragile. Had lots of issues with them charging customs fees that they didn't tell me about, so overall this suit cost me almost £200 more than I thought it would, and I'm going to have to sell it on ebay for about £100, which frankly is what it's worth. Better off with any other wetsuit- I've been freediving for 3 years and tried 4 or 5 other brands, had heard good things about Elios but I'll never shop there again, don't waste your money.

Ellios Sub lied about import tax

I asked twice, before I placed my order. And I was clearly told that UK customers did not pay tax.

I trusted the shop and placed my order in good faith.

Finally, I was invoiced £85 to pay for the import tax, and when I asked for an explanation, I was told: "we are free to send the parcel with our courier" which is not even relevant to my issue.

I was also told "have made the invoice without IVA tax, so we are correct, cannot refund nothing", which is condradictory to what I was told BEFORE I placed the order.

This is a scam and I do not recommend Ellios Sub to any UK buyers. The shop is now being reported to the UK Tax Office and European Commission.

If you are a UK buyer, do not listen to the false/wrong advice that you will not have to pay any import charges.
