Unbelievable service and company !
I ordered 2 items on the 4th of January and the parcel never arrived!
The shipping company GLS trie twice and failed to deliver - couldn’t find my address which is ridiculous as we get parcels delivered on a regular basis!
Now I am waiting for my refund which I haven’t received !

Wasn’t helpful at all part from response to tell me I have to get in contact with GLS- but it’s not my responsibility !
I never experienced something like that and will take further steps to get my money back!

It's regrettable that this is the perception and interpretation you have and have conveyed about us. I would like to emphasize that it is GLS that made a mistake, not us. We have done everything in our power to assist you. I find it unfortunate that you are presenting a false picture of this case.
It's correct that your order was placed on the 4th of January and handed over to GLS the same day for delivery. As we are based in Denmark, our shipping time to Italy is longer compared to domestic rates, as also stated on our website.
Once the parcel reached Italy, GLS encountered difficulties in finding your address. We acknowledged your concerns and attempted to resolve the issue by contacting GLS multiple times.
We made every effort to be helpful and done everything in our capacity to get your parcel delivered. And it was suggested by an employee from GLS, that you were more then welcome to contact them directly. It is challenging for us in Denmark to act as intermediaries and try to explain the route to a place we have never been. We have never insisted that you should contact GLS, but merely recommended it as assistance in how you could have your package delivered. However, you decided you no longer wanted the parcel, and we once again contacted GLS to arrange its return to us. As we have communicated to you, you will receive your refund as soon as the package is back in our warehouse, in accordance with our policy.
We have had almost daily contact with GLS to stay informed about the status of the matter, and the relevant details have been communicated to you. Rest assured that once we receive the package back, your refund will be promptly processed.
We understand your frustration, but there is no need for this - as said we have done everything in our power to help you.
Please note that the processing time from GLS is beyond our control, and we are just following our own policies. We can see in our system that the parcel is on its way back now, so your money will be refunded shortly.
