Great service from start to finish. The kitchen is perfect and very easy to build. We recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable and functional kitchen.

Waste of time!!!I made an appointment to your shop in Taastrup and your sales representative Anja C. decided to go home without a text or an e-mail to cancel.How hard is to send a text?

Kitchen

We had our kitchen and utility room designed by Martin S in the Herning store. His work and dedication to our design was amazing. He went above and beyond and worked hard to make us our dream kitchen and utility room. He was constantly on call and readily available to help us. Even his after care service is great! I definitely recommend Epoq, especially Martin.

5 star customer service

The only reason EPOQ gets 4 stars and not 5 is because of the assembly. Every single piece comes individually and needs a lot of time to make sense of and assemble if you have a big kitchen like we did. But we got 5 star service from Peter Mosegaard from the Kolding branch. He was super helpful and supportive throughout the process. Overall we love our kitchen, but just wish we knew up front how much work it was going to be to assemble it properly.

Was send a incomplete and defective…

Was send a incomplete and defective kitchen. the support both in the shop, on the phone or via email is non-existent, literally no one is answering. Elgiganten customer service also says they have nothing to do, epoq is just a different company. A different company that happens to have the office in every elgiganten shop surprisingly. If you for whatever reason want to buy a kitchen from them, try to contact the support, you will realize that unfortunately there is none.

Update. After i gave a one star review they promptly answered and called me and send the defective piece to my address. Quality is really good, i bought also from hth and it feels the same, i definitely recommend the quality, but the service could be more improved.

A great experience!

I ordered my new Epoq kitchen through Elgiganten in Herning and my experience was wonderful! It was my first time designing a kitchen, so I had one million ideas but no clue where to start. Martin was a huge help and he listened patently to every idea I had.
It’s been 5 months since the kitchen was installed and I am still overjoyed with it.
I would highly recommend Epoq kitchens and the team at Elgiganten Herning. A great experience from start to finish 🤗
