3 Times Delivery and Installation Reschedule
Delivery and installation rescheduled more than 3 times
I bought a dishwasher and paid for the delivery (499kr), installation (199kr) and removal of the old one (400kr). The first delivery date, the 2nd of July, the driver lied saying that I was not at home. They rescheduled for the next week and only delivered the dishwasher, no installation on the same day. They should have installed today and again, absolutely NO excuses. No call from the driver, no response from customer service. I got it rescheduled for Thursday, 15/07 and they did not show up again. I dont know what to do. I expect a full refund for the whole delivery process.

Delivery never came
This is unacceptable, I made 2 orders on the shop for kitchen appliances that require special installation. Both order where booked for different days and of course the delivery window is from 8-17 (basically I have to be at home the whole day).
But both deliveries never arrived! I did not got any call or message about the status of it, I had to call for them to tell me it will not be delivered and the only thing they can do is re-book for another day.
This happen for 2 orders, which I re-book.
Guess what, the re-book day arrived but the items did not!. At this point I just ask for a full refund, is UNACCEPTABLE to WASTE DAYS waiting for a delivery that never arrive.
