Thank you to the team at Elgar for all their hard work in designing our kitchen, right through to installation. Sam, great design. Nigel,our Project Manager, we couldn't of done it without you, thank you for putting up with all my questions and my wobble over our own American Fridge Freezer, between you and Tracy from Customer Services who gave me ideas we soon got the situation resolved. Phil the delivery man, both Mark's for their hard work, Dan, what an amazing fitter. Not forgetting Alex who recorded the whole process. Apologies if I have missed anyone. But we love it. Thank you. We were really impressed after our first visit to the Elgar showroom - very welcoming team. Hannah designed our kitchen, taking into account our wishes and keeping us regularly up to date. Keith and his team fitted it with due care and attention, plus managed the whole thing for us. We’re really pleased with it all. We had a slight issue with the worktop at the end, but Elgar were very efficient and it was sorted really promptly. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment we stepped into the lovely showroom and met the fab team at Elgar our dream kitchen started to become a reality ! Hannah’s designs were amazing , we made several changes along the way , at times with the whole team offering design advice including Lisa . Nigel managed the project from start to finish and was brilliant . All the trades were professional and friendly and did the very best job with such keen attention to detail .
The final result was better than we could have hoped for , definitely our dream kitchen .

Rather than replace the whole utility room I decided to have new doors, worktops, end panels and coving. The carcasses were still in great shape. Jim sorted me a great quote and the new room looks great. All done very efficiently. I would recommend Elgar Kitchens

Very pleased with our bedroom makeover. Jordan listened to our 'wishes', made sensible suggestions and came up with a design that not only met our requirements, but was also reasonably priced and affordable. When we visited the showroom to finalise fittings we were greeted warmly (even given a cuppa). Phil was great in overseeing the delivery and Dan the fitter was fab.
Very pleased with the result.

We are very pleased with our kitchen from Elgar. Jordan was extremely helpful in helping us design the perfect layout. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and it was very easy to install. Would highly recommend.

A fabulous business to deal with. We are in Henley on Thames, and all of the work they undertook for us was flawless. Lisa and Jordan were even able to organise some significant structural work as well, with their trusted partner companies. Also massively impressed with our granite worktops

We spent a very enjoyable few hours at a Neff cooking / appliance demonstration on Saturday morning. The presenter (Jo) was incredible… informative, entertaining, provided us with some great hints / tips / advice and best of all we sampled wonderful food she’d prepared with the appliances.
Only niggle was that the seating arrangement could have been better laid out and perhaps a document camera used when Jo was talking about the controls so we could all see that on a screen.
It was a brilliant way to spend a few hours and we learnt so much.

We were invited to a demonstration of cooking with Neff ovens.
The event was excellent -full attendance, a very clever presenter and very attentive Elgar team.
Well done all.

Elgar has just completed our kitchen renovation and we are very pleased with it. Jodie was our first contact and she was very thorough when listening to our requirements and produce expert digital plans. The Project Manager was Nigel and he did a great job by keeping us informed of progress every step of the way. His team of specialists were all excellent. A special mention to Jim the fitter.

Blown away by the design and the quality and wish I had looked elsewhere as when it came down to it the kitchen didn’t fit, some of the carcasses blew ( fixed via Elgar but at the price not what you would expect. ) a disappointing experience in all . The only one who gets things done well is customer services. Eventually two years on and I have a functioning kitchen. At the time of purchase Elgar did not offer installation and who would think cabinets needed sealing.
Two years on to have issues with a new kitchen doesn’t say much about quality and even if you are a small business customers are your most important asset - not the case with Elgar.

Kitchen design and fitting.
We had an excellent experience with Elgar. Jodie walked us through the design process and was accommodating to any changes we asked for or advised us how to achieve what we wanted within our price range. The fitting process was very professional. Nigel as Project Manager was very thorough and has great attention to detail. Again, very accommodating. Everything happened as they said it would and the team worked so hard, especially Mark.
They may not be the cheapest option but the quality and service is superb and friendly. I would strongly recommend them.

Our kitchen was designed, supplied, installed and project managed by EK.
It was a totally professional service from start to finish.
The schedule ran on time, all trades arrived on site as required and did a first class job.
There were no hidden costs.
We would highly recommend their project managed service, it's certainly the easiest route to refurbishing the busiest room in the house.

We have had a really good experience and are very pleased with the quality of the kitchen and design. Hannah spent a lot of time with us and was very patient. We changed our mind about the worktop for example. We felt that no concern was too much trouble. If Hannah was not available then Sam would offer advice and support. Excellent customer service and we would be happy to recommend. We also enjoyed the Neff cookery demonstration! Everything arrived on time, and Dan, our fitter, was excellent.

We had our kitchen fitted by Elgar last September. This was a big job that we dreaded having done. I had read lots of kitchen reviews and reading some of the disasters that had befallen people had made me even more anxious.
I then came across Elgar kitchens the reviews were good and they were relatively local.
I made an appt and from the moment I entered the showroom I had a really good feel about the place.

The hardest part of the whole process was choice. The kitchen was beautifully designed and fitted within our timescale without any drama whatsoever. It is fabulous and we have never once regretted any aspect of it. The quality of the design and fit was first class. We recently reported one tiny issue and this was sorted out quickly and without fuss.

I would not hesitate to recommend this super company, every person involved and we spoke and met many were exemplary in their customer care. Thank you all for making this experience so stress free and providing us with our perfect kitchen

Elgar kitchens are amazing had all the usual quotes from howdens Wilkes etc Elgar beat them all by miles on price and quality really can’t praise Elgar kitchens enough many thanks Elgar kitchens very happy customer Lee James

We had visited many of the high street kitchen companies, but none of them really had what we were looking for.
We knew we liked the classic Shaker style, but none of the colours on offer really appealed to us.
It was our electrician who suggested we try Elgar Kitchens as he had recently been working with a couple of clients who had both sourced their kitchens through them.
We decided to visit the showroom and were impressed by the warm greetings and professionalism of Sam and his team.
We instantly fell in love with the ‘Chartwell’ kitchen and the colour ‘Putty’ in the showroom.
Charlie, our designer, pulled together a fantastic design based on our vision and was very patient and accommodating with all the changes we made along the way.
We hadn’t fully decided on our range of cooking appliances, so we attended a ‘Neff Cooking Event’ hosted in the showroom that was full of useful information and showcased the capabilities of the Neff N90 Collection, which we then just had to have.
We chose to have the kitchen professionally installed. There was a very minor hiccup with the delivery of the corner pillars for the island, but this was very quickly resolved by Dan, our installer, and apart from that the installation went very smoothly. We would highly recommend using this service.
We now have a kitchen that we are really proud of and we are so pleased we chose Elgar Kitchens.

The quality of their products and value for money is also something we’d recommend. Elgar helped us get the results we wanted within budget, and made the conversation easy.
The design team and kitchen fitter work closely together so that any issues are solved with minimal stress to the client.

I had heard about Elgar Kitchens from a friend. From the start everyone involved was professional, interested in my project and did everything they could to give me my dream kitchen. The room is an awkward shape, but Charlie, the designer made use of every inch with great imagination. Nothing was too much trouble, and I ended up with several extras which I hadn't thought of. The kitchen fitters were extremely hard-working, and when they fell behind due to illness, came in on a Saturday to catch up. Everything was done to the highest standard, any issues were sorted out straightaway by the project manager Nigel, and the project was completed on time and within budget. The whole experience was so much better than I had expected. Thank you, Elgar Kitchens.
