My absolute favourite shoe shop. I have a slightly wider foot and can always get really smart comfortable footwear by brands such as Gabor, Waldlaufer and Caprice. I love the loyalty scheme which gives me a nice discount now and again. The staff are so helpful and friendly. So lucky to have such a large independent store not too far away.

As always a great visit to elevate your sole. Perfect service , advice and help.
Came away with boots and trainers and 2 pairs of shoes for hubby- all fantastic quality and price! Plus using my blue light card is an added bonus

I have no complaints with my purchases from Elevate Your Soul.I was thanked for my orders kept up to date with my delivery and on one of my orders my purchase was unfortunately to big I sent an email asking if I could return for a smaller size which they responded to quickly and were very helpful delivery was quick .They were always polite and I can’t thank them enough they have a fabulous range of footwear and other goods and I’m sure I’ll be purchasing again from them .Thanks everyone at Elevate your Sole for a brilliant experience 😊

I have been a customer of Elevate your Sole for many years both in shop and online . Bought some lovely sandals and a bag in August , they have a fantastic range to choose from. They provide excellent customer service and the staff are friendly and helpful in the shops , The Online shopping service is just brilliant as it was a blessing few years back when I was ill before Christmas and I ordered online and everything arrived beautifully packed in less than 48 hours !!! 5 * service from a genuinely lovely team .

Was searching the internet for a particular Seasalt dress. Found what I was after on this site which I had never come into contact with before and decided to take a chance and order.
So glad I did! The dress arrived swiftly, was well packaged and at a very good price.

I have used elevate your sole, first online, and was so impressed with the service and prices, I drove 40 miles to the shop to meet the staff for my next pair.They were attentive and very helpful in finding makes to suit my feet with bunions and I came home with the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They are now always my first choice when I need new footwear.

I found Elevateyoursole on-line while trying to find a particular pair of Gabor sandals I wanted. I already had a white pair, but knew you could also buy them in black. I bought the white pair in a department store, but they were more expensive. I ordered the black ones on-line, they took a little longer to arrive than hoped, but I was updated on delivery by email and they arrived in time for my holiday. They were quite a bit cheaper, so great value. I would always rather use a small shop for my purchases.

Elevate your sole is a brilliant shoe shop in an area where shoe shops are scarce. Proper d fashioned service and really good brands. Highly recommend. I discovered Remonte shoes because of this shop and have delighted in the brand ever since!

I have ordered a couple of times from Elevate Your Sole, sadly the footwear was not a good fit for me (my foot troubles being the cause, not the footwear or the supplier of the footwear). The footwear was received in pristine condition and full refunds received without quibble. This small shop provides a great service, and I fully intend to try some different footwear from them soon.

I can only say good things about Elevate your sole… I tried to get a particular green suede training shoe that nobody else at the time had in stock in my size. By chance I found a small company called Elevate my sole who not only had my size but quickly processed my order and they arrived within a couple of days… So pleased with my purchase and positive experience with this company!
Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again…

I have shopped with Elevate Your Sole for many years.I have found their Customer service to be excellent and any queries dealt with promptly. Jacqui is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for her. She goes out of her way to find items not in stock. Their shoes are good quality and they always have a good selection in their stores and online. Nice to see they're stocking more selection in larger sizes now eg 40-42. On line deliveries are prompt and ordering is easy.
What a shame the shop in Prestatyn closed.I have bought boots,shoes sandals,slippers and beautiful dressy shoes over the years and they have lasted me well.

I found Elevate Your Sole quite by chance online, but am so glad I did.They are a lovely company to deal with --- most helpful and efficient. I was so pleased with the splendid red boots I bought from them that I bought a second pair, just in case they're no longer available in a few years' time! Very reasonably priced shoes, and I've been recommending the company to friends. All in all, a great shopping experience.
