I had a very disappointing experience with Elev8.
I requested a withdrawal, and the status was marked as “completed.” However, the funds have still not arrived in my bank account.
I have already confirmed with my bank that:
There is no incoming transaction
There is no pending transfer
What is even more concerning is that Elev8 is unable to provide any proof of payment such as a transaction reference number, SWIFT/MT103, or any official transfer receipt.
A legitimate broker should always be able to provide verifiable proof once a withdrawal is marked as completed. Without this, I have serious doubts whether the funds were actually sent.
Customer support has not provided a clear solution and keeps giving unclear responses.

Fraud and Scam alert! Stay far away from them
This company is a big fraud and they will take your money. Leaving you with an endless list of excuses. Guys, the people giving positive reviews are their paid workers.
I was lured into believing they were authentic and regulatorized. They are not.
They are called Octafx and now they have changed their name to Elev8.
I am a verified victim of theirs and I have the evidence to support my allegations. I joined to learn trading. Years l was losing and we had no problems. The moment I became profitable l became a problem. Their excuse was l was no longer eligible. They blocked my account and refused to refund me my money.
Everyone talking about missing transfers, accounts being blocked are helping you not to be a victim.
Stay away from Octafx or Elev8 they are a mafia syndicate defrauding and scamming people's money

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and frustration regarding my account and withdrawal request.
It has almost been 7 days, and my withdrawal request and account review are still pending. This delay is completely unacceptable. I have contacted support multiple times, but every time I receive the same response that my account is under review. No clear explanation or timeline has been provided.
I would like to make it clear that this situation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Checking a trading account should not take this long unless there is a serious issue. It feels as if I have done something wrong or committed a scam, which is absolutely not the case. I am simply a trader who worked hard to make profits through legitimate trading.

Stay away from Octa and Elev8. In my experience, this is part of a scamming network targeting traders around the world. They deny being connected, but when you open octa website, it redirects to Elev8, which raises serious concerns.
Many innocent people are facing withdrawal problems, delayed responses, and the same copy-paste support replies without real solutions. This looks like a clear attempt to scam and hold users’ money.
Be careful before depositing funds. I strongly warn traders worldwide to avoid Octa and Elev8 until they resolve these issues and stop scamming people.
