Return rejected for no actual reason
They did not accept my return because of a single hair on the bag?! No answer to my emails...
Since farfetch is not party to the contract, but Eleonora Bonucci, it is not up to farfetch to solve the problem. Of course I tried to find a solution via farfetch, but they told me that you (as the party to the contract) denied any negotiations and they don‘t have any further options. It seems to be a system.

I bought a jumper from them via Farfetch - didn’t even try it in as it was too small. They claimed I made a minuscule hole in the back which I definitely didn’t. They won’t refund me AND are keeping the jumper which by rights is mine. Disgusting

Fantastic experience from a UK buyer
Fantastic experience from a UK buyer. I was a bit worried ordering from a European company but I had a great experience. No hidden costs. I ordered a coat which was delivered super fast, within a few days. Beautifully and securely packaged. Unfortunately it was too big. I was concerned about the returns process which involved sending an e mail stating your intention to return using their standard templete, however it all worked very well. I had an acknowledgment within 24 hours and a waybill number and returns label sent to me by e mail which I used to arrange a pick up from home online. The communication throughout was brilliant. I was able to track my return and I was refunded within 3 working days. Fantastic company and can speak from a buying , delivery and returns perspective.
