I have been ordering from Elemo for about 5 years and had no issue until recently. Last year I noticed that the shipping was very delayed compared to previous years.....This year....they just did not ship it at all. I never received my order and after contacting them for 3 weeks with no response I had to dispute the charge. Do not order here they will take your money and never respond to you.

I like the hair...it's good hair however the shipping sucks the site says ships on 2 to 4 days NOT TRUE...This is like the 4th time and I always have to reach out to them as to why my order has not shipped out...last time it was 10 days before it actually shipped...so yes I had to cancel my hair appointment....I truly need to find another place to purchase hair!!!!
This hair is HORRIBLE. It looked marvelous until water hit it and then it was a nightmare!! It completely tangled into a bird’s nest! I couldn’t detangle it! Nothing worked. Conditioner. Nothing. Three weeks of wear, and now it’s a ball of sh~. I have tried emailing them and they simply responded with “comb it out” as if I was an imbecile who didn’t already try! Hundreds of dollars wasted!
