Expedited delivery? Fan oven element
No qualms with price etc but nonplussed to be offered an option for "expedited" delivery for an extra £8. I would've preferred a plain English description because I assumed (wrongly) that it meant next day, or at worst day after. It didn't and in the meantime I went to a shop and bought one intention of keeping the delivered one for spare.

Sir, your review is a little unfair. You ordered after 10pm on a Thursday. We cannot possibly deliver next day for an order received after 10pm. We dispatched on the Friday and you received the product the next working day, which was the following Monday. Our expedited delivery is a next working day service.
Good service
Was pleased to find a replacement element and therefore didn't have to buy a new oven!

Their cheaper replacement parts arent very good,stick to their original parts.
Ended up buying a second oven element as the 1st so called'good quality replacement only lasted a day,but the original part i bought is very good.Should have gone for that in the first place.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that your replacement element failed. If you'd told us we would have replaced it for you free of charge. We have had no problems with our replacement elements reported before. It would appear that this was just a rare manufacturer defect. Anyway I'm glad your current element is performing well.
Electric!!
The main element in our fan oven failed just before Christmas and after a search of all the usual spares websites for a replacement I only found one, which was nearly the price I paid for the oven!
I tried another search and this time put in the make and model of the oven and the first site on the page was the elementstore with the correct part and a very good price.
Delivered in time for Christmas as well, very happy! Thank you!
