Lied to my face
I was totally lied to before I signed my contact. My main condition before I agreed to get the membership was that I can pause my memebership any time I need. The lady who works at Elements assured me that it is easy to pause the memebership and it's not a problem. In reality, as soon as I requestes to pause the memebership for the first time, they created so many complications, thousands of emails back and forth and keep requesting paperwork for it. They clearly make it super complicated on purpose to discourage me to pause the memebership, instead of seeking solutions, they create problems that don't exist. So, it was a complete lie what the employee told me there. Moreover, I get an attitue from both people I talked to about it, they say "it is irritating". Oh is it? I am sorry to irritate you, but then you shouldn't lie to get the new clients. I would not have signed up, if I was told straigh away that pausing is complicated. Such an unprofessional way they treat their customers and mind you we pay over 100Euros for the membership per month, just to be treated that way. I feel I was totally scammed and so so disspaointed in the way this situation is being handled.
