Excellent as always. The best seller of games workshop I've ever used and I've tried them all. Won't go anywhere else for my plastic crack!

Order in the account had a tracking number. Very convenient to track without asking. The packing even though it was just a few bottles of paint came in a timely manner safe and undamaged. The two candies was a lovely surprise, thank you! :)

Element games are always great. Whether it’s a mail order or going into a store, the service is always excellent.

Element games have a great range of stock and the deliveries are speedy and well packaged to prevent damage. The stickers and rock are a fun bonus too!

Brilliant. First time using but won't be the last.

Arrived one schedule (quickly too!!) and was mint condition, untouched box still cling wrapped. A wee sweetie and an Element Games sticker too? Definitely now my 1 stop shop for all Warhammer figurines. Currently got a basket sitting ready for payday to get another order.

I pre ordered the custodes battle group on release day only to be told nearly a full week later that they had made a system mistake and wouldn't be able to fulfill the order.
This is very disappointing as Wayland Games (who I would usually order from) still had stock when I made this pre order, meaning that if they hadn't taken my money and then waited so long to realise that they shouldn't have taken my order I would have been able to order it elsewhere.
I've given two stars as I have previously had orders fulfilled with Element Games but unfortunately if they are unable to fulfil pre orders that they take the money for and unwilling to provide any compensation beyond a simple refund for their mistakes, then I will not trust them with pre orders again.
I should never have pre ordered from them, and I'll use Wayland Games next time!

I have bought a lot of War Hammer from element games & would normally rate them & their staff 5 star plus but unfortunately having managed to secure a coveted order for the new Custodes Battle Group Box & having received my order confirmation email AND then phoning & actually speaking to them to confirm I had managed to order one & they did in fact confirm my order…… 5 days later I get a “Hi there hope you are well” email from element games, they didn’t even use my name, which stated they had a computer system issue re stock or something & basically tough sh!te you haven’t ordered one & your not getting one, we are refunding your payment but no other compensation !?
Obviously by that point I had no chance whatsoever of buying one at the release price from anyone anywhere on this planet.
From a company I had trusted for a long time this is just not good enough & unfortunately I won’t be purchasing anything from them again, I guess they don’t care about that but what else can I do !

Secured a LIMITED item 6 days ago. Only to be told at the end of the working day 6 days later that this item is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled. This was an item that they were selling LIMITED stock of so I now have no chance of getting it anywhere else as they waited so long to inform me. Won’t be using Element Games again.

Firstly a great stock of gaming bits and pieces in stock, and secondly unbelievably fast turn around, it all arrived the day after I placed the order.
