Great items, delivery service let them down
I ordered a few paints and other things. That was all fine and went through no problem. The issue I had was with the delivery company they used. Because I bought spray paint they said I had to use the £7.50 delivery which was more than I wanted to spend but went through with it. This option came with 2 days delivery. The item was dispatched from element games on a Tuesday and said it would be delivered Wednesday. I had a notification off DHL saying it was coming on Wednesday, an hour later it said it wasn't coming and would come Thursday. I waited it and I was 85 on the tracker. The tracker got 77 and just disappeared and it never arrived. I was out Friday so changed it to a pick up point. Again I got a notification it was going to delivered that day. I couldn't track so went to the shop later that day and it wasn't there. I then got another notification it was getting dropped off on Saturday and thankfully it finally came. All the items were great and well packaged but gives me apprehension on reordering with the sub par delivery, shame their chosen delivery service let them down.

My Go-to hobby store
I have always found element games to be an excellent and trustworthy service. They are extremely reliable and in the rare event aproblem does occur, they are always very quick and helpful with customer service.

It’s a great site to buy cheap art supplies for warhammer from but my £4.95 order turned into a £9+ order due to Royal Mail delivery, I know it’s free for £80 + but it’s a bit annoying spending that much money on something I could get for less on Amazon.
