If I could give them fewer than 1 star, I would. Contrary to their website which claims to be a “boutique” in Austin, Texas, this is a China based company posing as an American firm named for the (fictitious) founder (Ella) and her daughter (Lune). Don’t waste your time or your money. You won’t get either back from this place.

Ordered from an address in Texas. Shipment came poor quality and didn’t fit and they wanted me to return to China! Scam artist!

Bad experience. First of all wrong size chart in web page, returned package didnt aprove in China custom, so it was returned back to my country. After 3 months!!!
Cheating people, offering also return 25 % and then just do not reply to e-mails ( It seems that my email address is blocked) . So i am very afraid, money will not be returned...
Do not recommend at all... 😬
But - everything comes back. It is called- karma.

Worse shopping experience! The articles are cheaply made, and have nothing - I repeat nothing - in common with the pictures on their website. I'll never order from them again. I feel so cheated !!

Don’t buy from them - everything I received was terrible quality, badly finished, and in the wrong,cheap material.

Their returns policy puts the onus and cost on you to return to China. Alternatively they offer a 15% discount so you can have items altered! I said I’d accept 15% refund - and it never materialised.

I now believe this company are defrauding people.

I’ve been very open about my complaint and the responses I’ve received from this company. Published here. And suddenly since then there have been a number of ridiculous 5 star postings by alleged customers. Beginning not to trust trustpilot as these can’t possibly be genuine.

Do not trust any five-star review, don’t buy from them. They advertise on Facebook and the photos do not reflect the rubbish that arrives. There is no evidence of any actual physical store as suggested by the recent 5 star reviewers.

100% fail. silk blouse was polyester, linen shorts were cotton, dress was ill fitting and not as pictured, and a second dress was not even close to the one on the online shop. Save your money. Poor quality cloth and workmanship.

I had the most wonderful experience in this store. I liked that the clothes looked professional but chic and that they looked like they would work for me, a middle-aged professional woman. I was not wrong. The owner was in that day and she helped me pick out a few fabulous outfits including stylish but comfortable shoes.

Love this store. Great shop to get amazing looking staples and some trendy attire as well.

Extremely Friendly and Approachable staff. They had a huge scope of denim and helped me discover a couple of pants and offered fair guidance. Would joyfully come here once more.

I bought a pair of shoes, not cheap and when they arrived it is surprising...they could seem the ones I bought but in a toy stile...so simple, flat, horrible quality, they are very very similar to a clown shoes, not joking, not exagerating...I spend about 40€ and I have a pair of toy shoes that you feel everything from the floor...For instance, they don't send the shoes in a box, in a simple shoes box, no no just wrapped, so they arrived flat.... So I email them for a refund and they said I need to send the shoes to China, and I have to pay it from my poquet! I thought I was buying European shoes!!!!?? And I am not sure if they are going to give me all my money back because their mails are copy and paste and don't answer my questions...I wish I never would buy this shoes.

scumbags...a big fraud

scammers. you think you are ordering what it says on the website but when the delivery eventually arrives it is cheap plastic rubbish sent from China. You cannot return it costs as much to return as the items value and they probably wouldn't get it. avoid this company you do not receive what they promise.
