Nobody is replying at the customer…
Nobody is replying at the customer service,
Neither way by the website formular or via e-mail.
The delivery was supposed to be 1~4 days, now is a working week and didn't received anything.
The product is shipped from Germany although the website is a Danish one.
The thing with trustpilot stars on the website is true
On the elektroshoppen.dk on the top left it shows 5 start trustpilot (wich is a fake thing since here it has 1.5 star.
I'm still waiting for the order for when it will come,
From 31st it says that it left Frankfurt and is on the way to Denmark today is 3rd and still no other update.
2~3 email been sent to the website no reply.
By now, very bad 👎 although it says customer suport open until 17 o'clock, another fake thing on there.
