Placed order on 24/07/24. A week later i was informed it had been shipped to DHL, since then all calls/emails have gone been ignored. Dhl tracking hasn't updated in the 3 weeks since. Have now asked my credit card company for a section 75 refund from Elektro2rad. Scam company by the looks of other peoples reviews
