Your response team for complaint are really delayed and my early request for cancelation on double order went to a deaf ears.

To clarify the delay, our support team is offline on weekends. Since your cancellation request was sent on a Saturday, we were unfortunately unable to process it before our warehouse fulfilled the order.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. However, you are more than welcome to return the duplicate items through our Return Center once they arrive.

Have had great service from this…

Have had great service from this company. Bough a bracelet which was too small and could not find my email receipt. They asked me to send it back and have exchanged it for another size. They kept in touch with me through out the process. So pleased with the service I received 😁

Not that interested in Customer Service

This was the 2nd item I ordered from Elegatto as I had been impressed with the 1st order. The 2nd order arrived and it had imprefections in the finish. I sent an email to their support email address and heard nothing. I would expect much more from a company clearly pitching to the premium end of the market. Upon reflection I shouldn't have expected anything less, as that's all I got. My recommendation is look at other options.

Neverending spam!!

Neverending spam!!! I bought an item from them some time ago and I deeply regret it. While the product was unremarkable but as advertised, I signed up to the newsletter. I then unsubscribed from said newsletter. I kept on receiving their spam despite being unsubscribed, so I aksed to be removed from their database. This never happened. I asked them some 4 times now, and I keep receiving their spam. I'm going to ask one more time, then I'm going to report them to the GDPR authority. This is insane!

EDIT: the email was easy enough to dispose, as I could just block it, but I keep getting SMSs from a number that I cannot block.

My experience with the company

I ordered a bracelet and and I put it on and started wearing it well within 1 week, the screw came undone. And it fell off down my sleeve. Luckily enough, I was able to retrieve it. Put it back on well that lasted about 3 days. It fell back off, and I have no idea where it went. I told them about it. They gave me a gift card for 20 bucks. So I went and ordered a bracelet. And then I found out it was out of stock. Now if you look at most of their ADS, it says it before you order it. So you don't order that this one didn't have that on there. So I write them and tell them about it, and They apologized and told me to if I wanted to order another one. And I had to get back to them and tell them I had a discount with the first one. Well, then they gave me a discount of $5. The original one was for $20. Now they gave me 1 for $5. So now they've screwed me out of all that money and insulted me. I think their quality is terrible. And I would really be careful buying one of their bracelets. I won't buy one, and they're just not what they say. They are they advertise and being able to beware every day. And now you can't, you can't wear them every day. You might be able to wear them out 1 day. Day and bring it bring it home and take it off.But you can't wear it every day

Just Say No to Elegatto!

Elegatto.com was having a sale so I purchased 3 products. I emailed them because my order still said processing for over a week. I get an email saying we're so sorry bla bla bla they don't have 2 of the 3 items in stock & they were trying to get me to buy something else and I refused. Isn't it illegal to advertise something that you don't have and taking money for it online?
They held my money for almost 2 weeks and sent the refund a couple of days later, I think this is some kind of a bait and switch situation to get me to buy products at regular prices and remove my discount. The communication (if you want to call it that) was terrible durning this time. Just don't do business with this company. A few days layer they send me a email flyer which I can not unsubscribe from. If I get any more I'd need help fixing this. Just don't buy from them so you don't have to go through what I did!

I ordered a bracelet with expedited…

I ordered a bracelet with expedited shipping on 12/20. On 12/22 I received an email saying my ordered had been shipped and I would get tracking info in the next 24-48 business hours (whatever that means? 2 days or 3-6 days?)
When I clicked on the lock to tracking the usps site says tracking not available. I have reached out to customer service via email 3 times. On 12/38 I did receive a response saying that my claim would be “elevated to the fulfillment department”. It’s is 1/6 and I have had no further responses from Elegatto despite two additional emails from me. I have called the number that I listed and called some random person in Seattle Washington!! Not sure why I paid for expedidite shipping if over two weeks later I still do t have the order and no one from the company is responding to me. Very frustrated

Disappointed After the Hype

Disappointed After the Hype

I purchased two men’s bracelets as Christmas gifts, and while the advertising was impressive—stylish photos, sleek branding, and promises of quality—the actual product didn’t live up to the hype.

The bracelets looked nice at first glance, but the materials felt cheap and flimsy in hand. Even more frustrating, they’re nearly impossible to put on without help. It took two people just to secure them, which makes them impractical for everyday wear.

I really wanted to love these, but unfortunately, the quality and functionality just weren’t there.

Disappointed, asked partner for bracket from this company weeks ago, ordered weeks ago. Still no sign, sent emails, nothing. Never buying off FB ads again. Scammers in my humble opinion.

Elegatto is the Grinch who stole my husband’s Christmas!!
Non existent service. Tracking link said it was delivered but I never received it. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response ( there is no phone # posted anywhere) only an automated email that says to file complaint with USPS. There was plenty of time to ship a replacement out in time for Christmas if they had been responsive, but now my husband will not get a gift. Bah humbug. If there were zero stars on the review I’d choose that, but 1 was the lowest.
