Strongly recommended—outstanding service and support!

Fantastic customer service and support from start to finish. Nigel was extremely helpful in responding to our many queries and always responded promptly. The delivery guys from Geordie Pool managed the installation up to our first floor brilliantly and it all ran smoothly despite awkward access. Thank you to Elegant Leisure and Geordie Pool for making our dream of having our own pool table a reality!

Could not fault the service or quality of the pool table I would defiantly recommend this company if your looking for a pool table.

My table was delivered and set up today its looking amazing and guys that did the set up were brilliant. Thought about taking a star off for some communication issues around delivery BUT I live on the Highlands and we're used to issues around delivery. 100% happy customer. Colin

I feel I must write this review even though we didn’t get our pool table from Nigel (due to my husband ordering from another retailer without me knowing!) purely because the customer service was second to none. The information and choices provided were great, even providing visuals in the colour tables and cloths we were contemplating. Thanks Nigel again - just unfortunate we didn’t actually do business but would highly recommend and was slightly cheaper than what my husband managed to source!

Pool table is just perfect - exactly as ordered. Delivery and set up - went smoothly. We were kept informed of progress every step of the way.

I ordered a 7ft table and cannot express in words how pleased I am with both the product and the service. I don't normally write reviews but this time its warranted.

Right from the start Nigel was customer focused explaining details of the product and advising on the specifications. Through the manufacture process he kept me well informed on progress and anticipated delivery dates.

The installation team were very professional and the installation is perfect.

Following the installation I received follow up calls to ensure everything was satisfactory.

I therefore can recommend Elegant Leisure very highly and you won't be disappointed.
