Service excellence with a smile
Phil is absolutely fantastic - not only a perfect job every year and leaves no mess what so ever ! But the automated process for reminders and diary planning is fabulous, we never have to worry we will forget and payments are easy too - excellent value and cannot recommend highly enough.

Customer satisfaction
It is no surprise that Elegant fires score 4.9 out of 5 for products and service. I ordered a fire grate which had been damaged in transit. I reported this to Elegant fires who apologised for the inconvenience and promptly ordered a replacement.
However, due to supplier difficulties, a replacement was unavailable, so Elegant Fires offered an upgrade option at no extra cost which I happily accepted.
In a world where customer services has become a lost art, Elegant Fires restored my faith by putting my needs before profit and excuses.
Elegant Fires is an excellent company and I cannot speak highly enough in respect of their products, their service and their attention to detail.

Very happy customer
Phil was brilliant. At less than 24 hours notice, he sorted our 3 chimneys which didn’t appear to have been cleaned by the previous owners in decades! Phil went above and beyond, and even applied some fresh paint to the back of our faded fireplace so it looked brand new by the time he’d finished. Very happy customer!

Excellent service from Phil. I called him as a magpie had fallen down the chimney. He arrived within the hour. Removed the bird and cleaned the chimney. This was long overdue and extremely blocked up.
He also gave me ideas to replace an old open flame gas fire. Would highly recommend. Good price too. Thank you
