DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE SCAM

We sent them two expensive GPUs for repair. From the get go they were extremely unprofessional and communication was very poor. I have now chased them for over 6 months, I have been returned one 'working' card which didn't work when it finally arrived back and they were unhelpful to fix it further. The other card they are unable to fix but have still go and are ignoring our requests for it to be returned to us. I strongly suspect that they are using these cards for their own personal gain and taking us for a ride as long as they can. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

hi, im sure you came with your friend regarding two graphics cards. I explained to you that we don't really fix them but I will have a look and see if there is anything I can see blown if so I will be able to fix. after checking I couldn't find anything and told you to take them back. this process was only a few days so I think you might have us confused with another company as we didn't fix any of your graphics cards and we didn't charge you for checking either.

Samsung S10+ screen repair

I went into Electrophix to request a quote for my Samsung S10+ as I had cracked the corner of my screen and the glass was falling out. They gave me a price and said they could order the screen now and have it repaired tomorrow. I came back the next day to drop it off and it was repaired within 2 hours. The screen looks like new! They provide excellent service, I would definitely use them again. Thank you Electrophix.

These guys are brilliant!

These guys are brilliant. So helpful and friendly - they can’t do too much to help.
Workmanship top class and very reasonably priced.
Won’t ever go elsewhere
