Bose P1 remote repair

I sent a Bose P1 remote for repair as the screen had failed and would not switch off without removing the batteries, and some of the functions were not working . Sent it of said they had repaired it got a bill for £153 . Came back the backlight was very dim not what it was supposed to be but the functions worked . I used it around 3/4 times as I work away . This was back in September 2018 . At the beginning of December 2018 the unit again showed the same symptoms as to the unit wouldn't function and had to remove the batteries to turn of but it wouldn't function . Rang Electronic partners as it was supposedly covered by there 3 month Warranty . Returned to them for repair . The outcome was it was a different fault and not covered by the warranty and requested new ticket for repair . I questioned the verdict as it it had the same faults as previously pointed out. Sent a proforma invoice for £15 for return no repair carried out ,so still the same way as to when it was originally sent £153 completely wasted be warned never use these people . They also had the nerve to advertise that they repair Bose p1 remote . Complete waste of time and money .

sent my Cubot x17 for replacement…

sent my Cubot x17 for replacement screen after it split across corners, after protracted wait it came back unable to receive calls and volume so low on out going calls you could only just hear recipient talking, complained this phone had no faults when sent other than split screen to get a BS answer and excuses that I must have damaged the chips inside by pressing the screen too hard once it split . Guess my occupation . RF engineer , dont deal with this lot they think your all idiots, well I must have been to trust them in the first place Having spent £ 80 + pounds I now have had to buy a new phone.

left warranty return on shelf because I didn't know what their procedure was

failed to indicate when in phone contact that a 20 minute from filling exercise was required. then when the package was received simply put it on a shelf for a month (found when I chased up after a month) because I as the customer did not know their system.
They made no attempt to contact me to say I hadn't followed 'their' processes even though they hadn't told me what they wanted -

They then sent me a proforma for £15.00 because they claimed nothing was wrong with the camera but never told me there would be a charge for dealing with a warranty matter - despite it being sent back under warranty as it had failed to operates as designed. Ss the Camera is only worth £35 - it is not worth paying their bill - for as the camera is unreliable and the supplier E-buyer are also unreliable they have my camera and expect me to pay for return of a faulty product.

Whole process leaves a dirty taste in the mouth never purchase a product if this company is the UK warranty supplier -

the worst of the worst- i cannot begin …

The worst of the worst experience !!!

i cannot begin without apologizing to anybody who has had to put up with their unacceptable service and conduct, if i could leave NO STARS i would.

What started off as routine earphone problem turned into the biggest, rudest service pain in the @#S - from lying, to substandard repairs (totally removing volume/mic from my B&o i3 and replacing with a on/off clicker switch block) ...and taking the same invoice payment out my bank twice (after my first service complaint)- shoddy, cheap, bad quality repair parts.

their answer is "they were not working before, and now they are"

they delete estimate history files, and close open complaint tickets.

they pride themseves on how many repairs and customer satisfaction percentages on their online portal... its ashame they didnt use more time addressing the 2% of dissatisfied customers who didnt get thewir 'amazing' service.

still waiting for my refund?!!! seriously bad company, bad work ethics, and woefully bad after sales/repair customer service.

save yourself the expense and time. Stay well clear.

Avoid this company !!!

Avoid this company !!!
After paying £50 for an hinge repair and £30 for express shipment, the item was incorrectly delivered to wrong address.
The process to have a refund took 3 months, with all evidence of incorrect delivery, and part of this delay was due to Electronic Partners delaying the submission of the refund request to Royal Mail for more than 1 month.
After 10+ messages, phone calls and tremendous time wasted, they delivered today a “replacement”:
a model way inferior than the original the Dr Dre Pro I sent to them for repair. The one I received was in poor condition with scratches, leather ruined, different colour, smell of smoke and has no noise cancelling feature.
I would like to avoid for other clients to fall in the same trap.

Horrendous Customer Service.

Estimated £65 for a cracked screen, sent off my working phone and had to pay a higher £75 only to receive a non working phone back. Sent it back asking them to restore the phone as it was sent. They said there was nothing wrong with it and said they wouldnt send it back without me paying a £15 service charge. Got it back today, dead on arrival again!! Crooks. £90 down and a phone it a worse state than it was sent. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Phone trouble

I had trouble with my phone a few months ago (some sort of virus threat) and the guy in Electronic Partner sorted it for me on the spot without charging me! I left him a tip and intend to go back if I ever need them again.

Electronic Partners - AVOID

Useless company which quoted for a repair, then didn't complete and charged me extra for shipping, when claiming free return service.

Waste of time, took on London trip and repaired same day by people who advertise skills they actually have.

Save your time and money, they are useless.

I wish I NEVER USED THIS COMPANY, I sent in my dre beats and it came back worse off. I called in and spoke to the "Manager" who swore at me on the phone and told me to deal with it.

I am reporting this to the ombudsman there is no way a company like this should be in business.

faulty repair huge delay and terrible CS

absolutely atrocious customer service , an online ticketing system which no matter how many tickets raised, NEVER replied to ever [bizarre!], BOSE QC headphones went in for repair, after waiting 3 months for parts and chasing continuously by ticket and by phone, told part did not arrive, then they went to different supplier, "repaired" headphones, , either did not bother to test the QC component or knew they were misdiagnosed and sent them back anyway so they could charge full "100 euro" repair charge [not sure which is worse at this point , after 4 months!!!] agreed to take back in to "repair" under warranty , ordered a different part which took another 2 months to arrive [by ship from china i assume [OEM??] , then told that "repairing" the headphones was not viable as they needed another part which was more expensive. So following this "repair" gave me 2 options , keep the headphones as they are[without noise cancelling] for 100 euro repair!!! or they remove the parts and charge me 30 euro for the engineers "work carried out"
Having escalated to Michael the owner , i got a reply saying he would investigate and respond by end of day, having waited another week!!!! i chased again, to be told "partial" refund has been credited, still no sign of my headphones being returned!!!! having worked in technology sector for 20 years i have not seen customer service this bad followed by technical tomfoolery, avoid like the plague at all costs , "specialists" in Bose repairs my BS, only wished i had checked the online forums before sending to them , horrible to deal with, and extremely poor all round IMO
