Genuine and do their best
I ordered from this site Dyson Airwap with a great discount. Only site that had some discounts on dyson hairstyle. To be honest, i checked truspilot reviews afterwards and i was worried, because of some very negative comments. Well, after few days I wrote to customer support to check if my order was handled to shipment company and I received a quick answer that due to many orders they have some delays, but they gonna ship it in a day or two and will update me. Next day they indeed send an update that my order was picked up by shipper.( and i could track it via AFTER SHIP mobile app, btw really recommend it for any orders you have, it syncs with many shipment companies). I received my order in very good condition, just slighter later than expected ( but for me that wasn't a problem at all). Next thing was to check if my dyson was original or fake😉. I can tell you i watched tones of videos, but also went in the end to a Duson store in Sweden and it's exactly the same! Moreover, I was able to activate my 2 year guarantee using serial number on offucial Dyson site. So i am very happy with result and recommend this site for your purchases!
