Fantastic

Purchased washer in March, from these on ebay, but has problem with paypal, so had to phone company to pay via card, 10 minutes later rang to say not in stock and refunded me instantly, later that day googled for a diffrent washer and they were cheapest by £20, rang them and asked, if they have them in stock and the delivery time and explained about an earlier experiance i had a hour so earlier, they apologised and offered me nextday delivery between 8am-12pm for free, nextday at 7.45am received call, delivery will be with me in 10-15 minutes, perfect will use again, recommended.
