Initially I was given a 10 hour delivery window. I phoned to query this. A very helpful person looked into this. There had been a technical problem with the delivery company. However they were able to give me a three hour slot. The driver was on time and friendly.
Can’t ask for more. The appliance its self is fabulous.
Worked like a dream, literally, in our loft bedroom.

Delivered not on time

Ordered online through Appliances Direct on Thursday and selected Friday (next day) delivery from their delivery calendar - items never arrived with no contact from the company. Rang the company on Saturday morning to be told items were definitely out for delivery today - they never arrived. Finally, items arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Not a professional outfit by any means, and I would advise going elsewhere to ensure your orders are delivered as promised. My invoice for 3 days' lost income is on its way to Mr Glynne...

The product is good and was well packaged and delivered in good time and I was kept up to date with how my order was progressing, although most of this is due to the delivery company rather than electriq, but I suppose electriq chose to use that company so that was a smart choice.
A bit confusing I am asked to review electriQ despite having one of their items, an air conditioner, I did not order it from elecriQ i got it from appliances direct so shouldn't i be reviewing them?
My only issue, and its not really anyone's fault, i seem to have bought the last unit of that particular model and none of the accessories seem to be available anymore, I wanted to get the window kit to put the hose in the window but sold out and the same with the hepa filters, there may be another alternative but its not made clear if any of the other filters I looked at will fit on my unit.

Delivery was next day which was very good. Quality and performance of product overall is very good. However, the design of the 'chimney' section of the hood made it very difficult to install. The top section kept slipping out the runners on bottom section. Also, the carbon filters were tricky to install due to lack of space to get hands in. Very difficult to see the slots where filters slotted in.

Delivery was spread over 2 days despite paying extra. Not a huge deal.
Kit arrived and duly installed. The instructions are a bit lacking, and getting the exit bend just right was a pain for the indoor unit to sit flush. Biggest issue however, was that I couldn't get it to cool the air. Eventually figured it out after a call with their help team, but improved instructions would have saved a lot of time and avoided the need for a call.

Otherwise, now working well. It is very quiet and seems pretty efficient.
