Good choice of AC unit at a reasonable price ( before the heat wave ). Used in extreme heat on fan and as AC unit . A bit noisy on the fan but does its job well. Easily manoeuvrable on wheels between rooms and set up as AC unit . I now have two electriQ units , one bought a few years ago , and am pleased with both .

My air conditioner was delivered the day after I ordered it, just in time for the heatwave. So thankfully me and my two dogs are nice, cool and comfortable in this extremely hot weather. Thank you so much for your exceptional service, much appreciated.

We purchased the electriQ 401 Litre 60cm Wide 60/40 No Frost Fridge Freezer - Stainless Steel. We have not had it fitted in our new kitchen yet so cannot comment on performance. However I love the extra space you get from the design and the look and styling is great. This provides far more space in both fridge and freezer than other similar produces.

The product arrived faulty.

This is my second electriq humidifier. I am so pleased with the first for cooling the kitchen that I have bought a second for upstairs to help me cope with the incredible heat wave. They are brilliant!

Really pleased with our fridge freezer it is everything we expected very good, one slight problem could do with another shelf and you do not supply them as an extra, not a complaint just an observation, many thanks.

The air conditioner I ordered arrived and worked fine, if a bit loudly, for two days of occasional use. Then it started tripping the house fuse every time I turned it on, and they have failed to organise a return for almost a week now leaving me without an air conditioner in the heatwave. They don't respond in any kind of reasonable time frame, and will just ignore parts of your email they don't want to answer (like when are we getting a replacement, I still don't know) I suggest buying from someone else.

Other units were sold out in a heatwave, this was ordered Saturday and arrived Monday as promised. Really effective unit, thank goodness in this heat!

Worked ok for one day and then stopped producing cold air completely after 24 hours - the output air was barely as strong as someone blowing, luke warm air being produced.
Even though this was almost £400 it feels like a cheap Amazon knock off.
