Delivery Incompetence
I placed an order 14/07/2025 for an electric lock, which I paid for by bank transfer at the time of order. The item was dispatched to the wrong address not the one I had specified on the invoice and numerous emails.
After speaking with Lester I informed him that they were in breach of contract due to delivering to the wrong address and should immediately issue a refund.
This took 7 weeks for this company to finally refund our money.
Due to their incompetence with the order, we lost the work.
